Doesn't look to me like a vehicle with packed explosives. Looks more like it hit the building structure at high speed (per witness interviewed on WGRZ?), and a resulting fireball as it tore apart. Also, the structures look burnt, not twisted and destroyed. Even the glass on the booth pictured looks intact.
