Well, open carry of rifles is totally legal. Everywhere as far as I know. I think it is such a deterrent (like all OC) that it never even goes there. But if it did, you would need to assess A35 and take action if proper. (Did they have a weapon, was there an attempt at arson, were you in a reasonable fear for your life). Also looting could fall under robbery if you were the owner I believe. I would need to dive deep into that and I'm not going to tonight.

What’s more disturbing is there is monetary incentive to post shootings, etc on social media.
Just heard this Blake guy that was shot was already arrested on multiple gun charges and assaulting police earlier and was facing serious jail time. He attempted to fire a gun in a bar but hit the mag release instead of the trigger and was unable to fire. It took a police K9 to take him into custody. This was a bad dude and was rightfully shot by the police. If you don’t think he was going for a gun or that they believed he was based on his recent gun related arrest you’re out of your mind.
I think it is quite fantastic that the good people of America are fighting back. More party favors should be shared.
This really shows how out of touch so many Americans are.
