You are a guy who has been deployed numerous times to combat zones. I know you don't truly believe that a fixed magazine is adequate for defense. The truth in your opinion.

I think any weapon in your hand is better than none. I have several fixed mag guns stashed around the house. As a matter of fact all of my lever guns are fixed mag guns. You are a guy who has been deployed numerous times to combat zones. I guess if you treat the AR as a disposable gun that can't be reloaded when it counts or if it jams and you have multiple around the house, then okay if you say so.I think any weapon in your hand is better than none. I do treat all the guns as disposable, when they run dry, they get dropped in favor of a fully loaded one. I don't carry spare mags through the house.I guess if you treat the AR as a disposable gun that can't be reloaded when it counts or if it jams and you have multiple around the house, then okay if you say so.
Lever guns....well.....yea. I'm gonna start using muzzle loaders. I'll stash 30 around the house.
That works assuming you have the multiple guns and they are all in the one place you occupy.I do treat all the guns as disposable, when they run dry, they get dropped in favor of a fully loaded one. I don't carry spare mags through the house.
It didn't work for this guy. Fast forward to 120.I do treat all the guns as disposable, when they run dry, they get dropped in favor of a fully loaded one. I don't carry spare mags through the house.
Some things are better left unsaid. That works assuming you have the multiple guns and they are all in the one place you occupy.
Do you being them all back in the bedroom at night?
Well if you base your defense plans on a movie I have found your problem. It didn't work for this guy. Fast forward to 120.

I had emailed them. They said it works with 300blk but there was some issues sometimes. They said they will make a dedicated 300blk in the future.my friend just called them on these and they will work on 300 blackout too .. were getting 2 and trying them out ..
No plan should rely on one location for a defense weapon. Very short sided. If a plan can fail it will. Assuming that you are an unlucky one, an equipment failure relying on one gun or an inaccessible location, it will not matter how many mags you have. That works assuming you have the multiple guns and they are all in the one place you occupy.

This is why it may be prudent to stash 30 single shot muzzle loaders around the house. No plan should rely on one location for a defense weapon. Very short sided. If a plan can fail it will. I bet the flaw with that plan is, you are not trained or proficient enough in multiple weapons systems from days gone by.This is why it may be prudent to stash 30 single shot muzzle loaders around the house.
If that's all you got....imo, i rather not get shot by a 50 cal muzzie or shotgun than most magazine caliber pistol or rifles that you are alluding too. Not sure if you hunt but have you seen to damage those do?This is why it may be prudent to stash 30 single shot muzzle loaders around the house.
Ammunition Feeding Device
Magazines, belts, feedstrips, drums or clips capable of being attached to or utilized with any center-fire rifle, shotgun or pistol which employs the force of the expanding gases from a discharging cartridge to chamber a fresh round after each single pull of the trigger which, in the case of a rifle or shotgun holds in excess of five cartridges, or in the case of a pistol holds in excess of 17 cartridges
In the City, itself, you are only allowed to have 5 rounds in a semi-auto, center-fire rifle, whether the mag is fixed or detachable. Separately, you can't possess an Ammunition Feeding Device (as defined above.)@CarpNY Thanks for the heads up, I'll check into that. We're allowed to have 10 rounds in the AR, so why is 5 considered a feeding device? I'm confused. I specifically bought a 10rd pmag for this build.
Am I missing something? The original video show the loading being done with the AR 'NOT' being broke in half. That was the beauty of it. It appears to have some kind of device adapter on the ejection port, but the gun didn't have to be opened up to fill the magazine.

I would vote for Hillary before getting anything from there. Why would anyone buy from Allstar Tactical? Is it their great customer service or the quick shipping?
