@CarpNY Thanks for the heads up, I'll check into that. We're allowed to have 10 rounds in the AR, so why is 5 considered a feeding device? I'm confused. I specifically bought a 10rd pmag for this build.

Everyone has an asshole,,,well I must be the lucky one,,I have 2, one on both ends.

Gun doesnt have to be modified to use the MA Loader. They just use that to make it faster. I have the pins like yours on mine to make it easier to load but like I said there is no modification needed for the MA loader,,,,,that thing is just hooopla

We shall see soon,,,,expect mine on April first lol :rolleyes:

Just like everyone's AR setup is gonna be different, so is their magazine/compliant setup.

As far as AST is concerned, I've dealt with them for years. Our kids play together, I always go to the shop if I need something. I realize others have had problems, but I can't claim to know how/why/what. Everyone's situation is different

That was specific to the City of Rochester, which restricts centerfire rifle magazines, feeder strips and stripper clips to 5 rounds. So, inside the city limits, a 10-round MA feeder would likely be consider illegal.


AR-10 version coming:
Looks a little harder to push in.

Has anybody who purchased one of these loaders received confirmation or a tracking number yet? I haven't. I figured that they would at least do that ,to let everyone who purchased the first wave know when they can expect to receive it.

I'd wait an extra month for free feed ramps and a free loader. At least they are upfront about the delay, instead of just quietly delaying without explanation or compensation.

Best way to get around these retarded SAFE rules is just ignore them. I can understand keeping your Class III machine guns outside of the state with a family member; but shit rules they threw at AR's, AK's, FN-FAL's, Galils etc - fuck that. There has not been a single raid that I have read about regarding Cuomo's goon squad kicking in doors to check for an unregistered pre-ban semi-auto or to check your parts decisions on an AR you just built. Cuomo can suck the shit out of my asshole for all I care. I'm not going to give one moment of my time touching/altering my firearms to comply with his crappy idiocy.

While I agree in principal, all it would take is a nosy club member or a cop who just happens to stop by the range to see you shooting and inquire about it. If you had private land and your own range that's great, but I don't have that option.

For the same reason I'm very hesitant to post pictures of any rifles I may or may not have built.

I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist; but you think there are spies on this website looking for reasons to turn us in? Yeah - having a range is fun. Heading out to the range in your PJ's and not worrying about driving anywhere. Now I just need my wife to get a drone and fly me cold glasses of ice tea and microwave popcorn every hour.

I was thinking more like mass non compliance but NYers are already accustomed to their FRS 15 and fixed mags. When they ban those next people will bitch and complain for a while and then comply like usual.

If the SHTF, are you keeping the magazine locked? If so, buy a few of them.

If not and you will be using it only for the range and you only have one or two, it is faster to just load the fixed magazine rather then loading the loader and then the fixed magazine.

This device only works if you have lots of them to save time. IE at least 15 of them to fire 150 rounds at the range.
