I watch the bill on liability insurance and owning guns. It has been lingering in the NY legislature for some time. The state regulates the insurance industry to the T. A bill like that becomes law, evening owning a few guns will cost someone thousands per year. Those of us that have PPs will have no choice as they know what we have. After Sept. 13 they will know what long rifles someone has as well. Gun registries are so convenient!

I haven't read but if what you say in true then maybe it goes to the 10th circuit for a decision. Close court as far as appointments with conservative appointment having a slight edge. But we know that means nothing. Anyway, should that court strike down the EO and the 2nd circuit upholds Hochel, then its back to SCOTUS in rapid fashion.
