I still think a fair amount of people here are honestly trying to determine what the heck happened.
I haven't posted many thoughts or opinions here because quite frankly I don't know what happened and what to think.
From what it looks like is they PD already came by earlier when the wife was home and got the guns.
They then came back because they were told he had a 30 round mag and that's when he was home.
Sadly in the end what actually happened wont ever be known as both sides have pretty much dug in on their stories.
This is why I'm hoping Gun Policy is able to get ahold of alex and represent him and as many facts can come to light as possible, and maybe some FOIL filed
