Before it gets taken down. He clearly says it was about hi cap mags while drinking the sauce before they came in force. No mention of “my fucking wife did this.” He clearly mentions his blue falcon diming him out of his 30 rd magazines in his Instagram posts before all this happened along with his wife being coerced to let them in. The original narrative fits.
1. His buddy dimed him out on the 30 round magazines and PTSD after he made it known to him via social media posts that he has them and will stand his ground like many here say.
2. The police show up at his house. His wife is being threatened on the kids being taken away to get them to take his guns by coercion. They take them.
3. The police also show up while he was at work and tried to arrest him without due process for the 30 rd magazine and the threats of a shootout. He slips out the back and avoids arrest because he left to rush home after finding out from his wife what happened.
4. He dons a plate carrier, pops a bottle of whiskey, holes up in his attic and waits for them.
5. People show up in support and are told to leave or arrested.
6. Trumped up charges are filed because they never found the 30 rounder and have to tell the public something.

I saw about this around 4:00am, and there is a whole bunch of things that don't make sense. Like other's have said, I'm going to wait and see what the 'real' story might be, if we even ever get the truth.

And he would have been killed if they would have went in CQB searching the house room to room when they would have eventually found him with a knife in his hand . What stopped them was the social media coverage, 911 calls, and people showing up.

Amazing how silly things can get here, but mixed up stories from social media, mainstream media, and police certainly make things worse.
Clearly people were supporting this guy because the story seem to be about an abuse of power and illegal confiscation.
If anybody thought that the story was about some guy who beat his wife having his guns taken I would not expect anybody to come to his rescue. To assume that anyone here would support a guy with such a narrative is ridiculous.

I’m actually one of those guys that would support him. Hear me out. If he was a wife beater and she went to the police with physical evidence and not one-sided hearsay, then he should be locked up for the actual crime of assault, convicted based on the evidence and sentenced to prison until his time is served in prison and he is free from parole which is also part of the sentence where all his rights would be restored thereafter.
If it was a one-sided hearsay on her part, then he should have been warned that a complaint was filed against him and an order of protection was issued where he would have to vacate the premises with his guns to another location if it wasn’t his house. If it were both of their homes, then they should both share the home with the other spending equal amounts of time away from the other until the order is lifted.
But the fact that just a report of domestic violence with no evidence is enough to remove his guns without any incarceration is just the same as a red flag law with no due process. Guns removed under any circumstances without an incarceration or conviction is a violation of the 2nd Amendment and that and red flag laws are one in the same.
There would never be any need to remove the guns if he were a free man.

I am against red flag laws and confiscations under court orders for any reason UNTIL someone is found GUILTY in a court of law. I think many would agree.
My point was that if this guy turned out to be a wife beater i would not expect the outpour of support with people being ready to have an armed standoff with agents of the .gov.

Yeah. Most wouldn’t. Unfortunately they should because it’s a 2A violation nevertheless. I would support any criminal for his rights being violated not because I like criminals but because if his rights can be violated, so can mine.

The problem I see is there was never a DV involved till later. The initial reports given to the media was PTSD and the dude having a moment. Even the last supposed arrest report posted on ARF didnt have any DV on it. That whole thread there is a clusterfuck anyway.
I'd sure hope the wife speaks out, but if they've already had CPS coercion involved as stated from the beginning, she may not say shit to anyone.
