Rittenhouse: Case Collapses
The Rittenhouse case is proof that our government has declared war on us.
Let's start with what we've learned that nobody wants to discuss: The FBI had a plane overhead with cameras rolling and did nothing to quell the riots, looting and burning. They intentionally watched and filmed, but did zero.
They also, as a law enforcement agency, deliberately contributed to malicious prosecution of Rittenhouse. They knew he was ambushed in the parking lot, had high-resolution video proving it, and deliberately concealed that from the defense until the day of the trial. That was a malicious, unlawful under long-standing rules of discovery and intentional act for which every one of the involved persons should go to prison for the same term of years (forever) they intended to railroad Rittenhouse into.
In other words the FBI deliberately participated in attempting to frame Rittenhouse for a murder he did not commit, and which they knew, factually, was an act of lawful self-defense. That was later confirmed on the stand by the prosecution's witness who admitted to swearing at Rittenhouse immediately before attempting to take his weapon, an aggressive act that, when coupled with being boxed in on purpose as the video proves, would lead any reasonable person to conclude they were about to die and thus were legally authorized to shoot.

The Wisconsin Republican cited reports of the FBI using these aircraft to watch the 2014 unrest in Ferguson, Mo., 2015 demonstrations in Baltimore, and the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The Kenosha footage is now being used as prosecutorial evidence in the criminal trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, raising questions about how the FBI preserves surveillance video and uses it.
Johnson’s questions for Wray include how the FBI determines when and where to monitor potential unrest and how many aircraft to use, who exactly is responsible for monitoring the video, how the FBI shares its video with local law enforcement, and what the FBI does if its aircraft spot a crime happening. Johnson also inquired about whether the FBI records its footage at different levels of video quality and how it preserves the video it captures.

After the prosecutor in the Rittenhouse case called on an FBI technician to testify about the surveillance video on Tuesday, Rittenhouse’s defense attorney suggested the FBI might be withholding additional aerial footage or may have destroyed it. Prosecutors are using the FBI’s low-quality video for a key part of their case, but the defense suspects the FBI could have more footage or better quality video that gives a fuller picture of the night’s events, leading up to and including the shootings.
