What is the penalty for perjuring yourself?
Key Witness During Rittenhouse Trial Walks Back His Testimony
Fucking media. Wonder how they will spin this on MSLSD today.
He was giving speeches at antifa rallies this summer.. ... Was a felon with a handgun .. No charges .. He has get out of jail free cards that he has not used yetWhat is the penalty for perjuring yourself?
I guess they mean that Harvey Weinstein did nothing wrong. None of those #MeToo hags should have been there.Whether you think he shouldn't have been there or he should have IS NOT THE ISSUE. He was there, had the right to be there and had the right not to be threatened, chased and attacked. Imagine the left if I said the same thing about a girl who was dressed proactively at a frat house. Well, she got what she deserved because she put herself in that position. Again, whether you agree or disagree with him being there really means NOTHING.
I guess when you're in the mood not even a riot can stop you. Is that the DA on the receiving end lol.
You could say that to every person on the streets that night, .. Or during this whole event that lasted for days...He's an adult...
Some additional free advice for him: don't insert yourself into business that isn't yours.
Some fights are worth having. The people who sat on their ass aren't in court up on charges that have the potential for a life sentence. The best way to win any type of fight is to not have one... so who is really smarter?
Bet the prosecutor has that in high resolution in his office for after hours.
They've had enough time to create it since this trial isn't going according to plansCould new drone video cause Kyle Rittenhouse to LOSE the trial?!
How long can a jury deliberate? Is there some kind of time limit before it's just declared a hung jury or mistrial by default?Anyone with both eyes open realizes this is a classic mexi-cali style standoff between the judge & jury. The jury is not going to deliver a verdict until the judge declares a mistrial and the judge will not rule on mistrial motions until a verdict has been reached. Nobody wants to be responsible for angering the mob.
Some fights are worth having.
Imagine if the founding fathers had said "we could throw that tea in the harbor, but it's safer to sit at home".
Or all the minute men at Lexington and Concord had said "the governor isn't coming for *my* cannons, let those guys defend themselves.
For you.This isn't that.
For you.
For others it is.
What is worth fighting for you ?
No that's the unfortunate part; the jury could take 30 years if they wanted. How long can a jury deliberate? Is there some kind of time limit before it's just declared a hung jury or mistrial by default?
All the time on a rolex. How long can a jury deliberate? Is there some kind of time limit before it's just declared a hung jury or mistrial by default?
Doubt that. People have jobs and work to do.Verdict is not coming. Jury will ride this out for a few months to a year to let things die down.
I wonder who is paying them ?That seems to be the consensus. But how is an 18 year old supposed to know which lawyers to hire? Wonder who is advising him.
Its' up to the judge. Its' his jury and he will decide when they have gone beyond what is reasonable to expect, in his judgment. How long can a jury deliberate? Is there some kind of time limit before it's just declared a hung jury or mistrial by default?
My own property and family. If trouble finds me I'll deal with it. I'm not going to drive 20 miles just to insert myself where problems are. Turns out staying away from crime ridden areas is a good way to avoid crime. Who knew?!
A car dealership where the dealership owner doesn't even bother to have security isn't my concern and I'm not going to get myself involved in saving something that even the owner didn't care to protect.
Kyle got something like a million dollars crowdfunded for his defense.I wonder who is paying them ?
Court appointed ?
IIRC, they planned for a 2 week deliberation. Its' up to the judge. Its' his jury and he will decide when they have gone beyond what is reasonable to expect, in his judgment.

Ironic to post that on this forum given the first paragraph of the "in first they came for..." part. Just saying...First they came ... - Wikipedia
