Just got a call from Runnings in Clay ( Syracuse) Wed 09 May .

Thanks, called them around 730 and they had 1 for sale,they held it for me and it came home! The staff was laughing because they had not even put it on display yet, and were sure it wouldn't last through the weekend, and I made sure it didn't last 4 hours lol

I heard from a vendor at the Syr gun show, that Frank's in Canastota received 30 rifles .
Runnings is 4 minutes from my house but I dont stop by too often

They got 2, and both were on hold. 1 still is, and the 1 I got they called the guy who had the hold (I'm assuming you?) who said he couldn't wait and had already bought one. They told me this is one of the two most requested firearms they stock ( the other is a CZ pistol that they never get). It sounds to me like they don't get very many of these and don't expect that to change anytime too soon
I'm actually thinking of trading in my beloved PPQ and the 8 mags I have for it towards this thing.

It's pretty sweet. I got it sighted in with my Vortex Spitfire Prism 1x scope yesterday (part of me wishes I'd gotten the 3x but the 1x was on sale).. I was keyholing at ~30 feet, need to stretch it out a little further to test longer range accuracy. It's about as heavy as an AR15 so very little recoil. I'm not a fan of the stock, haven't found a comfortable grip for my longish fingers. (but it's not one of those evil pistol grips)
I want to put a sling on it next, maybe an extra TLR I have.. The takedown is nice but I'll probably just use that for cleaning.
Keyholing? Do you mean something else?
Keyholing describes when an insufficiently stabilised bullet starts to tumble mid flight and strikes the target side on. Thats like really bad!
I think you are referring to something else.

Sorry, I meant keyholing as in after 20 rounds, most of the holes were touching. It was one big hole. I should have taken a picture but I was also shooting the monthly target shoot so I was in a hurry..
That is called a cloverleaf. I guess because of the resemblence of a cloverleafed 3 shot group to the plant?

I shot a few targets yesterday for this months pistol match they were close but not close enough!

Couldn't wait any longer. At the Hamburg gun show today and saw them from a high of $600, most of them at $525 one at $509 and just before I had to leave, BOOM $480! Mike drop, wallet drop, whatever drop, it was mine. $522 out the door. Was gonna wait until I got to FL but just couldn't. Thinking scopes tonight . . .

I thought so too. I almost grabbed the one for 509, but I promised myself to go all the way around the show before I went back. I even walked past the one for 480 (LE threaded one for 460! Right next to it) and as I got back to the table I got the call. Looked like he had a couple more.
I don't know if your a Glock guy? If not JFYI Magpul G17/19 P-mags are working flawlessly in mine!
Yeah, I have a G19, so I have NY and free world mags, in the appropriate locations, of course! But always good to know!
