I have the LCP2 and the LCP custom. I had to send the LCP 2 back to Ruger twice. They replaced the barrel one time and second time the barrel and the slide. It seems to function ok now. The Ruger LCP Custom has functioned flawlessly from the beginning. It is the pocket pistol that I will carry when using a pocket pistol.

If anyone is interested, Thruway in Walden has a used LCP II for $175. Seems like a good deal.

200 plus rounds with Fiocchi FMJ. Flawless. A little more recoil since they are loaded hotter but worth it. Looks like higher quality brass.

Love my LCP2. About 700 rounds of various ammo not a pickup with the gun. Tried the tandemkross tool-less pin to avoid scratching the finish. Walked out at range after about 70 rounds. Put factory pin back in. Tandemkross sent me a new pin. Won't use the pin for carry until I have a lot of time range with no issues.

I tried their recoil spring with my Ruger sr-22 and has nothing but issues. They sent me 4-5 of them and I finally just said this is stupid and refund my mo eu. No arguing and sent me a full refund. There were some good rods that were so long I couldn’t even reassemble the gun. It was crazy.

Just got done putting another 100 rounds through the pipe at lunch today. I don't get why people say it's not a gun you take to the range for fun or shoot alot. I went through the hundred really fast and it was fun. I don't know about the hurting hands thing either. I have to think they are talking about the 1 and not the 2. Or maybe it's just people regurgitating stuff as usual. I could put 500 through it in one session easily.

Me too. I can shoot about just as many rounds on the LCP 2 as I can on my Glock 26. To me recoil feels about the same on the LCP 2 as it does on my Glock 26 shooting +P ammo.
