“Her body” is a horrible cop-out. There are plenty of things we can’t legally do with our bodies. This is no different. Go ahead and try to sell an extra body part. It’s yours right? Why not?

It all boils down to if the fetus is removed from the woman's body if it can survive. If it can in an incubator or by normal care, it's murder in my opinion.
If all it is is egg, sperm, and a cluster of cells and it cannot survive when removed from the body, then it isn't a life.

For the sake of brevity let us stay out of "selling" body parts.
Why not have free choice to do with your body as you wish? Suicide should be perfectly legal. How silly to make any law against this! You try to make an emotional plea "dump the fetus in the trash". As if that body part was a living thing.
Nobody wants to have less freedom, less liberty. Abortion will remain legal.
He’s sticking to the “choice” mantra as if we are talking about tattoos or piercings.
Almost every justification for abortion is sick, especially past viability. I personally am against it from the get, but can understand very early abortions being legal. It’s pure degenerate lunacy to claim life doesn’t begin until birth.

Lots of animals (including women in NYS) eat the placenta afterbirth. Ever try it? Tasty isn't it? There even small businesses that will turn it into jerky. Mmmmm.

Just so nobody gets confused, this anti abortion propaganda picture is fake.
And it still is about the right to one's own body. No human has the right to inhabit the body of another. So either the fetus is not human, which of course it is not, or it is, and has no right to the body of the mother. Then don't kill it in the abortion process. Just remove it from the mother and let it die one its own.
Either way, not my place to make that decision, far less the government's.

Huh? I said in that very same post to go ahead and eat a fetus. Maybe with a little mustard and sauerkraut. No one got hurt or killed in tbe process so what is the problem? Just a fetus afterall. If you ever eat real farm chicken eggs then you did just that. Semen and egg all mixed in there for taste. People eat their own hair and fingernails all the time, so what of it? If you want to eat your big toe I will get you a fork.

Where in the Constitution, Bill of Rights is abortion listed. Well, its not, so it should be the purview of each individual state to make laws and parameters with regard to it. Another bogus decision by the nine that have no legal right to make that decision.

The Court deemed abortion a fundamental right under the United States Constitution, thereby subjecting all laws attempting to restrict it to the standard of strict scrutiny:

I’m an athiest. Was going to mention that before but figured it would come up eventually.
Babies can live outside of the womb far before the typical pregnancy ends. Killing them at that point is murder. No mental gymnastics necessary to create a logic pattern here. If the baby can survive without the mother, then killing it is murder.
