Definitely going to be the last day of the term on this one, and it’s been nearly 7 months since oral arguments. The wheels of justice move slowly, and we can expect disappointment when it comes.

Yeah, they will release it as they're walking out the door of this season... Don't want any scrutiny or to be hounded by the press. Besides, the closer to election day, the better!!! Because when the Linda Blair head spinning begins, it won't stop! Will be good to watch all the libertards vomiting!

I learned long ago not to hope. It seems to be a setup to disappointment.
Not to shit on anyone's parade..... I want the sames as all.
Again, regardless of the ruling, the lack of teeth to enforce a ruling is the one loophole the founders failed to take care of... So, States like NY, that retracted decades of malfeasance towards citizens wishing to exercise their 2A Rights by simply changing "rules" and not law and promising to behave was good enough for the high court. This and this alone is completely transparent as to how useless they can be when expecting some sort of remedy!!!
So although, I too hope that they do rule favorably, and expect them to do so. I have no expectations that the States will follow suit, will ignore the ruling, and will immediately just chart a different course that ends with the same result. So plaintiffs would then reset their clock and wait decades once again for remedy! All a vicious cycle and complete bullshit!

Yea, I've become increasingly disappointed in his channel. . The information he puts out, when it's new, is still quality.. but ever since he left FPC to work with a new organization his channel has gone down hill
I couldn't agree more. His analysis is still solid, but the click bait titling has become exhausting, especially for those who are awaiting this ruling.
And I get he also wants to keep people who are not sure what's going on and just hearing about this stuff that's been going on for years..... up to date but that's what "links in the corner and description, for those videos" are for
