They may do some/most/all of these. It will depend on how the ruling is handed down, assuming it is in our favor (I think it is likely to be in our favor). Illinois did something similar back when they became shall issue around 2013 (I lived in Chicago starting in 2014), and Chicago put in a few more restrictions, but nothing that actually affected most people. The easiest thing for NY to do is what Illinois did, make those "no gun" signs enforceable as something more than a trespassing charge. Of course, concealed means concealed.It might....
But, they'll simply create legislation that bans carrying firearms:
- In stores
- In restaurants
- In bars
- In supermarkets
- In banks
- Near banks
- On public transportation
- Near schools
- In public parking lots
- In stadiums
- In bowling alleys
- In public exhibition venues (theaters, cinemas, playhouses)
