He could have been shooting for 100 years. Doesn’t matter. You need to know your equipment and follow the proper use instructions. Then you have to train until it becomes automatic.

No correlation. Getting hit from behind in a car isn’t operator error and nothing you can control. Improperly using a product and not executing basic fundamentals is 100% on you.
like I said there are millions in circulation. Why aren’t there millions of problems? Why not tens of thousands? Why not thousands? A handful of people screwed up. I trust they would have had an AD anyhow in due time.

Wrong, the holster is functioning the way it was designed, keep your finger off the trigger and the holster works just fine as intended
If its designed to keep the finger off the trigger then you clearly didnt watch the video that shows it actually facilitates the finger falling into the trigger guard
Tell me how much he had trained with that specific piece of equipment dealing with it’s proper use. You can’t. You just keep making wild claims with no way of verification. For all you know that was the first draw he’s ever taken. Please cite the specific hours of training he had on that exact holster and how many draws he had taken. You’re not the only one who can make ridiculous challenges.

A holster has one job, cover the trigger till the weapon is drawn. Once the weapon is drawn to the point the holster no longer covers the trigger it’s on you not the holster, blaming the equipment for poor gun handling is not the fault of the holster it’s yours. Blaming a piece of equipment for not following safety guidelines is not the manufacturers fault either, it’s yours, your responsible for what happens once the firearm leaves the holster nobody else.

Oh so the design of the holster locking mechanism which is released by pressure of that finger isnt what causes the finger to bend even slightly... yup there it is please film yourself get a go pro and film close up on your draw.. I bet you wont
And these holsters facilitate the finger going into the trigger guard..

I am posting a series of pictures. It is a physical impossibility to bend my finger. I cannot bend my finger through a solid material. Lay your straight extended finger on the countertop. Try to bend it. You cannot. The small amount of pressure to release the lock comes from the PAD of your finger or in my case the pad behind my finger closer to my hand. NOT the tip.
And your missing the whole point of the button, and body mechanics .. but again go video tape yourself drawing your gun. Do it close up and slow motion let's see those
This shows the progression of unholstering. My finger doesn't move whatsoever through the motion. The only thing moving is the gun out of the holster.

Have one for my G19, I take it with me in the summer when we go to Oregon to my father in laws farm. Open carry there while out on the farm. I like the retention mechanism. No chance of having it fly out when getting up and down off tractors, moving cows around, tossing hay bales, bombing through the fields and woods on the 4 wheelers. I did and still do practice draw and dry fire as I've always been aware of the high number of NDs associated with these. I even got one for my Beretta PX4 Storm replica pellet gun.
Atleast you recognize the "high number of NDs associated with these"

There’s no need to video tape anything. Rule #1 keep your finger off the trigger till you intend to fire the weapon. It’s not a hard concept, if you can’t then that’s a you problem not a holster problem.
Yea that is an easy concept. That this holster due to its design flaw facilitates the breaking of that law.
Again look at the video above.. go video tape yourself if you dont think that can happen to you

I've seen them. Definitely look nice. If I was ever to get a drop leg for any reason that would probably be my first choice. Dont see a need to drop that coin right now on a holster I use for a week every summer.

Both can be had for like less than 50 bucks
