Forgive me if this was mentioned already, i havent read every post in this thread. There is no such thing as a simple solution, but there can be a solution to this mass school murdering sh#t. Instead of the typical Politicians using this tragedy for agenda, and focusing on guns themselves, the focus should be on SCHOOL SAFETY!!!
We have the "blueprint" already in this country. Federal buildings and or buildings that have courtrooms, have an armed guard, metal detector, and bag scanner, at the in and out entrance and exit. We are used to this, its not a big deal, and it works.
Why cant the Politicians pass a federal mandate that all schools have the same system as all government buildings, and or courtroom buildings? Have it done on a County, state, and finally federal level. I am SURE there is money in the Board of educations budget to have a metal detector, belt bag x ray scanner, and at least 1 armed guard, and the schools already in place guards.
Lots of schools already have metal detectors, lets make it mandatory for all schools. Those libtards that may say, "I dont want my child going to school in a prison", will need to be told, its NOT a prison. Nobody is locking the children in cages, or hosing them down naked. Nope, its using already in place blueprints, like the entrance and exits of government buildings, for our schools.

Yep, everyone always forgets that schools have gym, lunch, outdoor recess and library. Kids are always moving around in a school building outside of a classroom.
Imagine shooting something like that. Should make a TV show dedicated to the concept called: "Shoulder This!"

He gently whispered to her, “I’ll take care of Mom and Dad.”
Then He looked down on Earth, at the world far below.
He saw all of the hurt, the sorrow and woe.
Then He closed His eyes and He outstretched His hand,
“I now send peace to all the hurting mothers and fathers,
Who instantly and senselessly lost their sons and daughters,
Let My power and presence re-enter this land!
May this country be delivered from the hands of fools.
I’m taking back my nation. I’m taking back my schools!”
Then He and the children stood up without a sound.
“Come now my children let me show you around.”
Excitement filled the space, some skipped and some ran;
All displaying enthusiasm that only a small child can.
And I heard Him proclaim as He walked out of sight,
“In the midst of this darkness, I AM STILL THE LIGHT!! ”

100%, but it is something that would, as a whole, make schools safer. There are always going to be situations that cannot be fully controlled, or safeguarded, but it would decrease the ability for someone to simply walk in the main doors of a school and do what this fuc$er did.
It would also get more to the "root" of the problem, which is not guns, but school safety. Unfortunately, like we all have been saying, to the politicians its NOT about protecting the schools better, its about taking our guns away. They do NOT put forward ANY type of sensible action to make schools safer. Its only about pushing their disarming agenda.
In about 5 minutes after hearing about the shooting, i thought about treating the entrance's to our schools like we do with federal/government buildings and courtrooms, and i am nobody special. Why cant 1 single politician put something like that forward? If we have in the education budget the money to push the "critical race theory", and "educating" our 5 year olds what an LGBQT is, and that its ok to masturbate, we surely can find the funds to implement security in and out of schools.
Now Hochul is putting up, in direct correlation to the Texas school murders, a new bill that will ban firearm "others", and make you have to be 21 to buy an AR15. Really, wtf is that going to do, NOTHING. Plus now you can be 18 years old and fight and die for your country in war, but you cannot legally buy that firearm until 21 years old, so stupid.

School safety isn't the root of the problem. The cross dresser with a bag of dead cats is the root of the problem.
I'm all for hardening the schools, and I can't wait for our representatives to renege the $40B from Ukraine to do it. The next attack will be against something we didn't harden though.
We need to deal with the sicko with the bag of dead cats before they do something worse.

I would love to read this full article. While only being able to partially read whats stated, it seems like there are a few very "suspect" things that happened. I am not a tin foil wearing hat conspiracy type, but i think the above info is saying that a military , intelligence, data collecting, plane was on the ground during the exact time of the "shooting"?? Thats kinda weird.
Also that Ramos was in the school from 11:28 am to 12:50, and that is pretty much the same time frame that this military recon plane landed and left. Very strange, and coupled with the fact that the responding towns police department waited almost an hour to even enter the school?? Very strange as well. Almost like the normal departments that would respond to a severe situation like this, were being "forced" to NOT take action, while who knows what was being done.

Plus, ever notice that MOST of all these school mass murdering events, that happen to use guns, occurred after that 1994 gun reform, assault weapons ban?? From Colombine and after, have all happened after the strictest gun laws have been implemented.
