Allahpundit already covered the initial release of news of yet another moment in the Uvalde school shooting timeline that turned out to be completely wrong, so if you haven’t heard about this yet, go read that first. The school district police (who are no longer cooperating with state investigators or answering requests from reporters) had stated repeatedly that the shooter entered through a door that had been left propped open with a rock by a teacher. She allegedly did this because she was carrying in some food from her car.

Plus, ever notice that MOST of all these school mass murdering events, that happen to use guns, occurred after that 1994 gun reform, assault weapons ban?? From Colombine and after, have all happened after the strictest gun laws have been implemented.

It is a degeneration of society, and proper morals, that seem to be the root cause, not guns.

It happened after Biden's "Gun free school zones act" was passed.

Forgive me if this was mentioned already, i havent read every post in this thread. There is no such thing as a simple solution, but there can be a solution to this mass school murdering sh#t. Instead of the typical Politicians using this tragedy for agenda, and focusing on guns themselves, the focus should be on SCHOOL SAFETY!!!

We have the "blueprint" already in this country. Federal buildings and or buildings that have courtrooms, have an armed guard, metal detector, and bag scanner, at the in and out entrance and exit. We are used to this, its not a big deal, and it works.

Why cant the Politicians pass a federal mandate that all schools have the same system as all government buildings, and or courtroom buildings? Have it done on a County, state, and finally federal level. I am SURE there is money in the Board of educations budget to have a metal detector, belt bag x ray scanner, and at least 1 armed guard, and the schools already in place guards.

Lots of schools already have metal detectors, lets make it mandatory for all schools. Those libtards that may say, "I dont want my child going to school in a prison", will need to be told, its NOT a prison. Nobody is locking the children in cages, or hosing them down naked. Nope, its using already in place blueprints, like the entrance and exits of government buildings, for our schools.

That would protect the children instantly.

Because the cowards would then just spray school buses someone said.

Still training for active shooter means you go after the shooter until you are incapacitated.

I understand that most of the initial narrative has been disproven, but I haven't seen anything calling that into question.


Also read that it wasn't some teacher's fault that the door wasn't locked. The teacher had propped it open, but closed it and it failed to lock automatically as it's supposed to.

Not that a locked door would make much difference anyway.
