Some lighting related stuff.
A Streamlight Protac HL-X @ 1,000 retina busting lumens, Magpul MLok cantilever mount for the former and an inline MLok ring mount for my old Elzetta weapon light, so it can be mounted on the replacement DD rifle as it was formerly a Keymod rail. At the bottom is a GOAT tool for my G19. Not pictured are 500 rounds of Aguila 124gr 9mm and 200 rounds of 150gr 7.62x51. Got the ammo from Gander Outdoors, they are running a decent deal on that Aguila stuff. $12 a box for the 7.62x51 is not bad at all.

I picked up some 357 cases for a forum member,
12 rounds of 455 Webley for a local friend.
For myself I picked up 20 pieces of 35 Remington brass.
A 50 caliber dummy round for my ammo collection.
Five 100 round boxes of 35/357 projectiles.
350 pieces of 222 REMINGTON BRASS.
And the main thing 24 pack of Budweiser..
The first three went down pretty easy.

$25.99 - They don't normally have Federal that's why I picked it up, they usually have just Aguila and CCI.
That's not a bad price then. What's wrong with CCI though? It's my favorite .22 brand.
I agree! I have plenty of plinking 22 ammo but CCI-SV is my go to ammo!!

Bit of stuff yesterday and today. 220 grain for the Weatherby 30-06, 175 for the MVP (I don't handload- but I like to tinker with weights in factory), some NAP KillZones, and the 2018-2019 Hunting/Trapping from DEC.

I picked up a used Pacific powder scale at a friend' pawn shop for $29. Then stopped at Cabelas and got two 20 round 223 plastic cases to hold my 7mmTCU bullets.
Then on to Wal-Mart for more 7"x3"x11" see threw plastic containers for brass storage. They didn't have any, so l picked up three clear index card holders for bullet and small quality case storage.
They all stack really good.
I also bought a 4 pack of magnetic paper clips to hold my index card loading recipes while loading.
I looked at Cabelas for some 22TCM ammo, no luck. I need to start picking some up, I have the rifle, I want to buy the pistol.
If you haven' shot one you should. That is a fun caliber. 9mm necked down to 22 caliber. A fast hard hitting 22. I think the velocity is about the same as 22 hornet.

Picked up AR-10 lower from PSA and ordered a Mark IV 22/45 Monday. Just pick it up today and I can't wait to start perfecting it. Trigger is damn sloppy, grips feel boxy and think I will do a red dot. Other then that the thing shoots like a tack driver.

I think Volquartsen still makes a decent set of thumbrest target grips for those.
Make sure to get a PSA upper receiver to go with the lower. That way you are guaranteed it will fit.
Roger that. They are out of stock for Gen 2 uppers. Gen 1s are functionaly compatible but a slight mismatch on the way they line up. I'll start buying parts and hopefully they will get the gen 2 uppers back in stock.

Last week I punched in to e bay search and these 35 Remington dies popes up. I didn't look to good and bid on them.
No one else bid so I was stuck with them, I already have a set,
I called my brother and he has a Marlin 336 in 35 Remington so I will give them to him
What pisses me off, I wasn't drinking when I did this.
Now on no more bidding on sober nights.
Last week I punched in to e bay search and these 35 Remington dies popes up. I didn't look to good and bid on them.
No one else bid so I was stuck with them, I already have a set,
I called my brother and he has a Marlin 336 in 35 Remington so I will give them to him

I like the 35 Remington, I have it in the old Remington 141 pump with the spiral tube and in the G1 - T/C Contender 15 inch handgun. I would comare it to a 308.
The Thompson Center Contender is a pleasure to shoot in this caliber.
I want to pick up a JM Stamped Marlin 336 in 35 Remington.
I look at guns as a good investment, you can use it for years and get your money back, on some guns you will make some money on. But you generally recoup you investment and you get years of use out of it, unlike many hobbies where you pay big bucks and get nothing when you are done with that item.
I shop around when I want another gun, if I can't buy it right, I wait.
When I do see deals I jump on them, the other stuff can wait.

Yesterday I put $120 on my T/C Encore and I put $40 down on a 22 short Colt semi auto mouse gun for my grandson.
I bought a RCBS stuck case remover,
A one pound can of CFE223 powder,
A box of 2 1/2" - 410 shotgun shells for the grandson,
A couple of brushes to clean my reloading bench,
A Discovery Pass to be able to use our federal land for target shooting,
And a few small things from harbor freight.
They didn't have any IMR 4198 powder. Next time maybe.
