Getting a driveway put in.
The new house in free America is in progress.
I've been reading a lot of PAW stories lately. I see your property and fantasize of the homesteads the main characters on the stories build.
Very nice!

I can fit a 300yd rifle range in around the hills across the back.So when’s the range being built? Better yet, when’s the monthly (or weekly) forum member get-together after the range is constructed?
After making me read all that...I saw nothing regarding a forum range day. Lmaooo But in all seriousness...I’m sure it’ll be a sweet setup man.I can fit a 300yd rifle range in around the hills across the back.
There are a also a bunch of great places to setup some cool pistol ranges where you have effectively a mountain for the berm on about 300 degrees around you.
Might end up just setting one up off the back patio though
I will have targets and a bench set up shortly after we move in. I am sure the range itself will be subject to continuous improvement for quite some time though![]()

I'm sure is we show up to your door, it'll be " No hablo ingles"![]()

If you toss that bad boy in the oven and run the clean cycle, it will come out like new. All the carbon will burn off.NEEDLE SCALER

It likely does not require ANYTHING, but I think I want to clean it down to bare metal.
Anyhow, I was a HF, and had this in my cart, for $7.99

Then I thought, why am I wasting my money on a tool that will be inadequate ?
When I could buy this, and own a real tool.
So I bought it.

The needle scaler is for heavy scale, not just rust. It's more than that, though.
There is heavy rust from being stored four seasons, outside, in the grill.
Got my saw last night. I put it together but still have some fine tuning to do. View attachment 86852
I usually don't like to put my kids on social media, but that was the only picture I had of the saw. By the time I got done putting it together it was very dark on the second floor. I really should but the light circuits in next. You found a little girl to bring home? Awesome, just in time for snow season for shoveling!
