Hahaha yea the slide is still on my Gen 4 G19. But I swapped out the back plate and when I pick up the frame Wednesday (permit office is only open Tuesday wednesdays and Thursday, and the gun shop is only open Monday and Wed (other days by appointment) I'll just have to slap on the slide and it will be good to go
(I will also swap out the ambi slide stop for a single slide stop as its mixed reviews on those that have run it with the ambi and reliability, I will also be swapping out the gen 5 trigger group for my agency trigger, mainly for parts geometry of the safety plunger and what not in the slide being gen 4 parts)
I'm currently looking around cause I want to get an aftermarket Gen 4 19L (G17 lenght) and a 19XL (G34 length) slides and create my own little weapons system (will explain more in a thread on Wednesday I plan on doing when I get the frame)

This was my Xmas present to myself. Final delivery took awhile because of sizing tried M then L sending back to seller each time. Ended up with XL fits 46” chest with heavy base layers. Vendor has fitting policy so no problem.
Safe Life Defense iiia+ armor reliably defends against: Liberty Civil Defense 9mm armor piercing ammunition and FN 5.7×28 40gr as well as common handgun rounds including .357, 9mm, 45acp, up to .44 magnum. Level iiia+ armor provides additional protection against shotgun rounds including 00 buckshot, 12 ga slugs and even high velocity submachine gun rounds. Level iiia+ is spike rated NIJ level 1 for protection up to 36 joules of stab force. In conjunction with our level 4 rifle plate our armor protects against rifle threats all the way up to .30-06.
I like to think of it as my mall walking jacket.

Recieved another Vortex Viper in the mailbox today. Accidentally ordered the MOA reticle but no big deal. Going on my sons .223 match rifle. I think he may be able to understand MOA vs MILS better anyway. Serious difference in reticle size. Glad it's not going on any of my rigs.
Had to send the Vortex Venom 6 moa back to Vortex. The ^ button did not work, their CS sent me a shipping label got an email yesterday that they received it.
I also ordered another from another vendor for $30.00 less then the first one from Amazon! Now I just ordered two mounting plates for the S&W M&P 40/9 conversion and the M&P 22 for shooting steel.

Please allow me to introduce to you my latest purchase, the Glock 30S. It is my 4th Glock and my first firearm in .45 ACP.
My boss is a gun guy so he allowed me to disappear for a while today to get it. I did the entire process from picking it out to driving to the permit office to going back to pick it up in just over 2 hours. More pics to follow later.
