Unfortunately but as predicted he stated he believes this won't be decided until the summer. Unfortunately his research has found it unlikely that the ruling will go in our favor due to the appointed panel. If correct, this will be a SCOTUS case, and no new cases will be granted writs ( I believe even GVRs) until the following session in around October of 2023, if we are lucky. Even if they did decide to take it, controversial cases are almost always decided last, meaning the following year ( and that would be incredibly fast for the SC) nearly next summer, or my prediction of 18 months, in 2024.

Sad honestly. I touched the face of near freedom with my Pennsylvania permit process ( 5 minutes) and see how it should be (nearly- should be no permit, but PA is DAMN close) only to know what an uphill battle I have fought for years.

Funny how you made that speech sounds so positive. I read it and thought yep he’s right and the liberals can undo the constitution and the second amendment. Sorry and not trying to burst your Bible as I do think we will get a mediocre positive ruling because if not it’s surely to go to the Supreme Court. If they toss us a bone the plaintiffs might be satisfied and not pursue it any further.

Conservative play by the rules. Liberals never do. Donald Trump had the balls to defy them in ways no one ever did. And look what they did to him. Now they will seek to arrest him this week. And no one else but our buddy Alvin Bragg. I don’t know what this case will bring, but no matter what happens I don’t have much confidence in this system.

I have been saying this for a while now and glad to see others raising it. That’s why I feel even if we win this case when the left takes back control of the Supreme Court or packs it this will change. We will forever be on our toes and fighting this.

Just curious to the mindset of your dad/brother making safe act arrests?

Do you ever ask them why they did or what were the additional circumstances? Do they ever turn a blind eye to safe act violations?

I don’t think they mention turning blind eyes to things like that because they don’t want that made public. I know my brother made the comment and thought the 30 day amnesty period is still in effect so I just said ok great. Yes most of not all are combined with other criminal actions.

A Judge on the second circuit panel just pointed out ( actually sounded like argued ) that the District Attorney in Niagara County was not bound to prosecute any felony related to the NYS Penal law with or without an injunction. And also pointed out that they are immune from any action against them if they elect not to prosecute. That Judge is putting forth exactly what is causing so much mayhem in our law enforcement / Judicial system in so many areas of the Country. Seems like this approach would extend down the chain and include LEO.
Trouble is "we the people" are at the bottom of that chain and we have no way of knowing who and when any entity above us will decide to take a bite out of us. So your fate may depend on whether or not some LEO had a fight with their spouse before leaving for work that morning or if the District Attorney was suffering from menstrual cramps the day your case come across their desk. Or, is that LEO you have an encounter with one of the true professionals or are they one of the "Dicks" that got into the business because of their Napoleon little man syndrome.

Of course that makes sense. The problem is the police chief is told what to do by the city and then the cops are told what to do by the police chief. My towns police chief is a raging democrat and I can’t believe some of the things I heard he has said. I won’t repeat them on here because someone I know may get in trouble for it and they are very specific things.
