Yes that was me trying to be FUNNY! , When the 43 came out there were some post on a Glock FB page that folks were wishing they had a 43 that was thicker and held more rounds , that was after 3 years of them asking for a single stack pocket pistol 9 .

They are going to fill that niche for people who want something intermediate between the G17 and the G19. You know, when a 17 rounds is too big and 15 isn't enough and you just have to have an almost full size pistol that holds exactly 16 rounds.

Of past predicts the future it will be 2 guns they already make combined into one gun to make a slightly different gun.

Between the G43 still being relatively new (3 years?) And the 43x and 48 being very very new it would be a tough move financially to bomb 2 "new" guns that weirdly seem to be selling well and bring out another version of them essentially
