Nobody seems to give a shit about the same unconstitutional laws that're already in place in California and New York to name a few, year after year after year after year, but Virginia?! Oh my god! The gun owners in Virginia are so much more important and it's not fair for them.

We need federal action, not state or county action. End it and do it now. New York had a majority of counties apposed to the unconstitutional safe act; It did not do a fucking thing. The rallies, they did not and don't do a fucking thing. Want a quicker solution to a rally? go scream into a pillow, it'll save you time and gas on the drive out there.

What bugs me is how much smarter and more inclined the left is with implementing this outrageous shit. They don't hold back, and it works pretty well for them. Can't say much for pro gun legislation. Nothing is done worth a pile of dog shit in terms of actually taking action against it.

Everyone knows it's already unconstitutional, but lets talk about how the laws won't help reduce crime, instead of fighting on the same level.

When you go off the deep end and mention how you will use the National Guard to enforce your B.S then the Country will be watching so closely....

The reason NY has the SAFE ACT is because the entire state is controlled by NYC, NY is also LOADED with Elmer Fudds. Lazy gun owners that sit back and say " I just shoot skeet, so the Safe Act doesn't effect me"

I will tell you this, Va does not have one tenth the number of Elmer Fudds as New Yorkistan. Va citizens are very serious about the 2A. When I visit my brother, you can hear gun fire all around his neighborhood. Besides my brother, there are at least four of his neighbors that all have private gun ranges in the back yard.

The other point people seem to dismiss, is the shear amount of money liberals have poured into Va. Bloomturd has spent MILLIONS of dollars in helping get these liberals elected. Lobby groups have helped 600,000 felons, immigrants and welfare recipients to vote DemocRATic. THIS is why Va. went blue. The same lobbying groups are now working on Florida to turn that state blue as well.

You can sit behind your key board and postulate on why NY and Connecticut have so many restrictive gun laws and why we have so much non-compliance. The reality for Va is, they DO NOT have a NYC, or Hartford. What they do have is three times as many gun owners than we do. almost 29% of the population of Va owns guns, In NY that number is 10%, TEN FUCKING PERCENT.

Thats right, There are three times as many pissed off people in Va. And with 90% of there counties declaring 2A sanctuary status, should tell you, THEY ARE SERIOUS.

Virginia is in a much better situation than NY ever was as far as this situation goes.

The Dems only have a one seat majority in the Senate, and it looks like a 10 seat majority in the house starting in 2020.
Their local counties and politicians side with the Pro 2A crowd as seen by the sanctuary votes, refusal by LE to uphold any unconstitutional laws, citizen turn out to local meetings etc. They had 3000 show up at a local Board of Supervisors meeting, we had 3000 show up at a state wide rally in Apr 2014.
NY was a lost cause from the start.

After years of the BS by the dems, be it the impeachment, The St Louis lootings/ riots, Berkley riots, Baltimore looting / riots, antifa, occupy where ever, shitting in the streets of california, pelosi, bernie, biden..... people are fed up and know that Virginia will be a major turning point in history.

Pro 2A groups and individuals from all states are going to VA. They know what will happen there will affect their home states as either the anti gun crowd will be shut down ( possibly just temporarily ) or the Pro 2A side will be. They have seen the results of non / little action in NY, CT, CO , CA, NJ.....

None of that matters in the long game. At the end of the day, FFL’s aren’t going to sell full featured AR’s, SBRs, and 30 round magazines. Eventually all laws would be abided and no new noncompliant guns will be sold and that’s their end goal. They do not care that some people ignore them behind closed doors.

This would go the exact same way as fully automatic rifles. You cannot really buy one. Sure you can make your own and people have but as time goes by, that dwindles. It dwindles as young people have kids and have to think about their well being by them not going to jail and eventually their kids or kid’s kids are used to being without them.

Long game. Short term noncompliance only goes so far. That short term noncompliance usually ends with the noncompliant’s death due to old age and then grandpa’s M 14 that came back from the war is thrown out because Jimmy doesn’t want to chance jail time.

It doesn't end with 3%. It starts with them.

Sure, 3% can't win the war, but it takes a lot less to start one. Then the 97% will be forced to choose sides. You can bet that all 97% won't side with the oppressors.

The initial goal of an insurgency should be to force the government to crack down on the population in general driving more people into the arms of the insurgents.

There may only be a handful of people willing to risk their life and livelihood over this. But if they start shit, and the government starts cracking down they will cross a lot more people's red lines.

Martial law would force a lot more people to decide the government has outgrown it's proper role.
