If satellite makes all access unaffordable, they'll have nowhere to go to and fall into being forced to only use Fidel Castro's internet that only has access to Facebook, Snapchat, and basic email. That's my point. That's a good way of turning red rural areas blue.
They should have access to everything even if dial-up speeds is all they can afford so they can read news for themselves from any outlet.
