furthermore, Mass allows non residents to hunt with a handgun provided they have a non resident hunting license.. NY is a no go
unfortunately NY does not have that codified into law. So that is an at your own risk situation... dont go spouting false information now

OK PLEASE FUCKING SHOW US.. PLEASE FUCKING COPY AND PASTE IT..It is written in the fucking Penal code!
I stand corrected on the competition portion..
However Mass does not place restrictions on the match being "sanctioned or under the auspices" of any organization.. nor do they place a limit on time.. NY limits you to 48 hours..
Wanna go another round?
It is very rare that I spew incorrect statements on this forum. I am, as they say, near PERFECT!
Not trying to be a dick, a statement was made yesterday that was incorrect. I just wanted to show how bad information is, well bad information.
Key word. Residents.Sorry Will, you are wrong....
Gun Ownership in Massachusetts
Massachusetts residents 15 years and older who wish to possess, carry, transport firearms, ammunition and feeding devices are required to have a firearms license.
@Gunner57 Round Count please....Haven't seen the left hand uppercut right hand round house knockout punch yet.
Fuck Tyson. He ain't got nothing on this!
Careful I will bite a chunk of ear off if that's what it takes..
First, check your facts, apparently you do not know many. NY State is absolutely not the only State that requires a Permit.
Second, personal responsibility... If you are going to travel, check the laws in the States that you will be traveling too.
Seems really simple to me. Googling is VERY easy.
Whether one state or two has permit to possess is not the point anyway. The point is if the motorist did not flat out admit to having a pistol without being asked or had it visible, then the cop who pulled him over is an anti 2A "Jackboot" who illegally asked him if he had one.
That cannot be disputed.
Double edged swords are illegal too yet NY cops aren't looking for them.
