No. there is not one shed of evidence that he ""planned"" to force congress to subvert anything. You can charge him with drug dealing if you want. but you have to have evidence and show that evidence in a court of law. Thats why he wasnt charged.

"fight Hard" is s subjective phrase used by chuck shumer Too. along with football coaches and UFC fighters , and lawyers, Its subjective . Its one thing to say We'll fight hard to stop this, and another to say We will fight hard no matter how many die.

There appears to be a great deal of evidence that Trump wanted the protesters to force or intimidate Congress into ignoring the certified Electoral results from the 6 states. There by giving him the win.

Fine and I agree with that, but none of them were in the Capitol building. I just found it very odd that you said they were armed and we all saw the guy with the zip tie. Zip ties don’t indicate armed people to me.

Wrong! It represented the grand Army of Virginia who fought for their right to their land as Arlington was stolen from Lee!

All I know is what the people at the time said the Confederacy represented. And I know what the declerations of secession stated, and I know what the vice president of the Confederacy said his new nation was all about: slavery, white supremacy and the inferiority of the black race.

You can deny it all you like but it's all in the historical record.

FYI- defending the Confederacy and denying it's deep connections with racism & slavery, is a very deep hole to dig yourself into, especially when you're defending the 1/6 Insurrection. You should probably stop.
