I wasn’t old enough to vote in that one... Last i checked it’s MY vote and not anybody else’s. I get to determine who I want to give my vote to.

Reading some of these posts I may be doing just that IDK.
But then again on the Laura Ingram show tonight it sure did sound like it's a bumpstock issue
or anything else that increases the rate of fire on a semi auto. I know that I am referencing a news program
but Laura Ingram is not a liberal so there's that.
I guess I'm just going to have to calm down and give it some time and see how this plays out.
Before I make a decision on whether or not Trump has bent to the pressure from the gun grabbers.

Neither was I, but I was old enough to remember it.
You certainly have the right to vote for whomever you want, but you can rest assured that a vote for anyone other than Trump in the next election is tantamount to a vote for whatever Hillary lookalike the dems decide to run.
Of course, we live in N.Y., so our votes don't count anyway, so vote however you want. But if you do happen to move to a state where it matters, please consider the full ramifications of what you do.

Keep in mind that there are also Democrats who stray off the reservation to vote for third party. Trumps margin of victory in one or two states was less than the number of votes cast in that state for third parties. That said, I learned my lesson back in the day with Ross Perot.

Here is a lesson in reality guys. We had two choices, either Trump or Clinton. The lesser of two evils when it comes to the Second Amendment surely is Trump. It is for that reason and that reason alone that countless gun owners voted for him over Hillary. If Hillary were in the White House we wouldn't be talking about assault weapons bans right now we would be talking about an upcoming Revolution because all semi-automatic guns had been deemed illegal. Make no mistakes Trump is certainly better than Hillary even if he is not ideally what we need.
And while the bump stock may seem like a sacrificial lamb and is somewhat unimportant in the grand scheme of things it shows the left that their pressure will work( even when they control nothing) and the time for compromise is over. We should not be giving them one single inch.
Unfortunately, even if we desire to give them nothing that doesn't mean that they are going to listen, and it may be inevitable that something is going to give. And if something is going to give we need to be getting something in return and that should be National reciprocity.
We need to hold Trump to his word and the promises he made when he was running.

@PinkPanther, don't take it personal man. I think all guy is trying to say is that the Deep state is so powerful that the only thing a third-party has ever done has been a spoiler for the conservative party. You see, the Democrats are quite tactical in their politics and they know that if they decide to split up into two separate factions that they will surely lose.
Conservatives typically have no problem splitting off from the main Republican Party to stick to their guns, pun intended,. But the reality is, at least for now, that it's a two-party dominant system and a vote for a third party is all but sure to guarantee a Democrat victory.
Some will argue that by continuing to hold your nose and vote that we will never get a strong enough third party and that the way to encourage better Republican candidates is to continually vote for the third party even if it costs us several losses in a row. Me personally, I can't see doing that because the potential losses right now could be far too great given the state of politics we are currently in. If we lived in different times where the Democrats were not so far to the left I would be willing to do that, but right now they are so far left at any loss will be catastrophic.

Thinking "outside the 2 party system" is an academic exercise in futility.
Anyone with a stitch of experience or knowledge will tell you that voting 3rd party is the SUREST way to disaster.
Just ask those who were foolish enough to vote for Perot, and now understand how disastrous that choice ultimately was.

If it had not been for Ross running Bill would have not won and Hillary would never been even known outside of Arkansas...
Pretty sure Bush Sr. had some new taxes and gun control measures put into place as well... Neither party is on our side.
