Trump doesn't give a shit about America.

Not saying Biden, etc. care any more than he does, but they aren't exclusive. You can have two candidates running that don't give a crap.

A: Vanity and money.

Also, reason to run for a second term is to potentially avoid prison in NY. If trump wins a second term, the time to file charges from the Trump org. allegations will have elapsed before his second term ends. If he is not re-elected then charges will likely be filed. Avoiding the Klink due to statute of limitations time is one heck of a motivator.

The news comes on the heels of a Supreme Court ruling last month that declared the president was not immune from state criminal investigations, therefore clearing the way for a New York grand jury to subpoena Trump’s financial records, an effort spearheaded by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr.
