"That just a gun or you happy to see me......" lolIt's the only way he can get women to notice him.
It's a wedge. Helps with concealment and comfort
Can you explain a little more? How does it help with better positioning the holster?
SIG 365. Xl 10.plus 1 in . And OTF Switch Blade fully automatic. This is the real world . Not a dress rehersal. Yonkers. Ny.We have an EDC knife thread so it makes sense to start one for handguns. What is everyone's EDC handgun? Glock 43 here.
In addition to my P365 Micro above, I bought this and waiting on approval. I'm most likey going to change my EDC to this, it's feather light and thin! Great carry comfort wise....
Are those what you have or what you'd get? If it's what you have, I like the VP9 better than the P320 in every way. If it's what you'd get, then the VP9SK is so much easier to conceal than the full-sized VP9. And I'm no P320 hater either. I like it pretty well, but I like the VP9 better.Once I get my NYC CCW and I have to select two guns to have on my permit it will be either the P320 with Wilson Combat grip/MK18 slide or HK VP9 hip/6-7 o'clock and Ruger LCR 9mm for ankle holster.
I'm leaning more toward my VP9 for my primary over the P320.
Any opinions?
Same here, and as a lefty shooter the ambidextrous controls are nice. Are those what you have or what you'd get? If it's what you have, I like the VP9 better than the P320 in every way. I have both the VP9 and the VP9SK and carried both of them exclusively (SK more than the full size especially in the warmer months), until I got my Hellcat Pro. One thing to keep in mind with the VP9SK if you were to go that route, is although it is smaller in most dimensions, the grip is actually a little wider on it then the full size VP9 and to certain body types that may pose a problem depending on where you carry ,/ individual preferences . YMMVSame here, and as a lefty shooter the ambidextrous controls are nice.
My main reasoning for a wheel gun for back up is well, I feel wheel guns are the most reliable and what's not better than reliable for a backup? Also in 9mm so I can share ammo between both if needed.
Both the VP9 and VP9SK come with interchangeable grip panels. I'm guessing you have yours set up differently so one is wider than the other. They are fully customizable.I have both the VP9 and the VP9SK and carried both of them exclusively (SK more than the full size especially in the warmer months), until I got my Hellcat Pro. Yea, I think the 9mm LCR backup is a solid choice. Great for days when a bigger gun isn't a good option.Same here, and as a lefty shooter the ambidextrous controls are nice.

I've used both the M18 with the Wilson grip and the VP9, the P320 does print more but that's because I have a light and Romeo 1 Pro on it when I CCW in PA, VA, WV, TN, and NC.Yea, I think the 9mm LCR backup is a solid choice. Great for days when a bigger gun isn't a good option.
As for the primary, my recommendation is really to try it out. If you don't already have good holsters for each, buy a couple good holsters and wear them around the house for a couple weeks. See what works with what clothes. Does one tend to print way more obviously than the other? Is one more comfortable? Mess with the grip panel configuration on the H&K.
Hey Far King just joined up. I grew up in Barneveld.Customized Colt officers 45 auto 230gr win hp or g19 w/ 125 gr Corbon both carried in inside waistband holsters under an untucked shirt. For any formal occasion where I need to tuck my shirt in, l pack a s&w 638 with Buffalo Bore 158gr LSWHP + p in a pocket holster . For winter carry here in the Adirondacks l usually pack a 45 combat commander or magna ported smith mod 58 41 mag.
Welcome Trapper 30-30 you’ve arrived at a great place here, lots of laughs and good info , a place to vent your frustration in a non politically correct manner. We are far from woke on this sight .Hey Far King just joined up. I grew up in Barneveld.
