US RIFLE M1A

I did read quickly through the decision and the judge did say that he agreed with most of the plaintiff's argument. It was more of a technicality that caused the dismissal. I still think the judge is a coward, though.
At least until tomorrow. I went to Home Depot today and I’m not a felon, but tomorrow I’ll be a felon if I went. ????Does that mean that our permits are useless now?
There’s a few on here that are.Anyone surprised? I am not.
Hoping for the next part of the case. It’s cyclical sarcasm.Keep hoping for what.. its done. The judge did not grant the injunction,
Law goes into effect tomorrow. On to the next part of the case
He probably could have done that some time ago though. I’m pretty pissed actually. He dicked around and les everyone on that he would rule on it and we’ll he did rule on it, but certainly not what we were hoping for. I guess we will see and I’m not sure how this isn’t in his jurisdiction since it impacts the entire USA. I admittedly don’t know a ton about judicial law or what jurisdiction are.Judge ruled that it was not his jurisdiction to rule on these laws. He offered some great advice on how the plaintiff should proceed, and seemed to agree with the plaintiff. Next case. (gavel)
Or go about your business and say fuck it to unconstitutional lawsTime it shift to smaller more concealable pistols
It's still good for red flags and marking you as an undesirable.Does that mean that our permits are useless now?
Or go about your business and say fuck it to unconstitutional laws
Surprised? No, nothing surprises me in this shit stain of a state. Disappointed is more the feeling. Also grateful. Grateful that I am getting myself out of here.Anyone surprised? I am not.

Unfortunately it wont be long before this kind of bullshit follows you. As they used to say, "this country is going to hell in a hand basket"Surprised? Longer than it is now though. I do believe some states will put up much more of a fight than the dolts here in NYS.Unfortunately it wont be long before this kind of bullshit follows you. As they used to say, "this country is going to hell in a hand basket"
You're just a felon waiting to happen...At least until tomorrow. I went to Home Depot today and I’m not a felon, but tomorrow I’ll be a felon if I went. ????
Yes SCOTUS a opens in a month and Biden is already planning to add four of the most liberal judges we’ve ever seen. I think this will encourage him to do that. If they win the senate in November You can bet they will make a move. Two things: One, he declared Antonyuk the presumptive winner of the case, but did not grant standing. Two, he said that he was able to use interest balancing due to this being an injunction, not the real case. If it were a real case, a plaintiff with the same arguments and standing would have won.
It IS a loss, but it is not a wipeout. Much of the decision is a road map for the next step. This is going to be a long road, it always is.
However, be reminded of two other facts: SCOTUS opens in a month, and concealed is concealed.
The thing about saying "fuck it" to unconstitutional laws is that if you get caught carrying in a "sensitive place" you'll become a felon. I don't think anyone is willing to gamble with their freedom like that.Or go about your business and say fuck it to unconstitutional laws
