I still don't think this ends well for Russia.Four billion dollars spent by U.S. on hate mongering propaganda and propping up of violent extremist groups to transition Ukraine into a hostile state only prior to 2014 (by U.S. government own admission). U.S. supported and aided terrorism and violence against Russia population in Donbas and pro-Russian segment of Ukrainian society. Openly advocated genocide by American politicians and military leaders.
Putin's biggest mistake is not taking military action sooner.
I still don't think this ends well for Russia.
And certainly not well enough to justify the damage he has done to the population.
Russia can't afford to lose half a million military aged men. This may make their demographic problems even worse than the Chinese and Japanese.
You willRussia is more united, Russia is larger, Russia is stronger militarily, BRICS is the fastest growing International partnership. I don't see the decline.
Take a look at their demographic profile and projections and then get back to us.Russia is more united, Russia is larger, Russia is stronger militarily, BRICS is the fastest growing International partnership. I don't see the decline.

The fact most of europe has this problem is irrelevant. Before the war russia was literally a dying country (more deaths than births). War losses among males in the prime baby making years only exacerbated the situation. As for BRICs being the fastest growing international partnership - that is a laugh. Which currency are those countries going to make as their new reserve currency?Military loses are not the roots of this problem, lack thereof is not the solution. Most of Europe has this problem.

Russia will come out of this stronger than when she entered.I still don't think this ends well for Russia.

Nice to see you guys drop the ridiculous pretense that this was somehow about defending Russians and finally admit it what it was really about.Russia will come out of this stronger than when she entered.
The damage done to her population is minor , She will also swallow up huge amounts of Ukrainians to help offset the loses
The strategic benefits of taking the largest richest food produceing coal producing, natural gas producing mineral producing areas of Ukraine and possibly the port of Odessa will have strong economic benefits for Russia ,
LOL, it was never a war of conquest. Those are not the reasons the invasion happened . There are a lot of bright officers and generals, (a few NCO's: ) that didnt take the money that Agree with that.Nice to see you guys drop the ridiculous pretense that this was somehow about defending Russians and finally admit it what it was really about.
A good old fashioned war of conquest.
It also clearly demonstrates why NATO cannot allow it.
Appeasement *always* makes things worse.

Huh! makes you wonder why Putin had him murdered if thats the case, but then, murders gotta murder.
