I think those dimensions would be sight height - not pipe diameter. Maybe shotgun sight pipe diam but not pistol. the ones I have spares of are 0.04”

If you have no extras, see what small drill bit slides in easily.

Usually they include extras in the box.

Light pipes fly off every once in a while and generally easy to replace. Guys I shoot with keep extras and a lighter to “seal/peen/round” the edges to hold them in for a while. If you don’t have extras and DW is delayed, I’ll send you some if I have diams that match.

Dan Wesson 1911s really hit the sweet spot of price vs build quality and accuracy. I had two (an ECO and a PM9), both were awesome. Why the hell did I sell them....

scope is a magnifying glass, align the crosshairs on what you want the bullet to hit. red dot is a dot projected on transparent glass you look through, you align the dot on the thing you want the bullet to hit.

My LGS is mosty by appt anyway and is a one man shop so I think it's easier for him. Local big box store (sportsmans warehouse) says they are open, but I haven't been there. I did my coupon through the mail with the Monroe County clerk's office. Turnaround was way faster than I expected.

@tc556guy, what do you thing is a legit ask of an LGS? I am a believer in trying to give the local guy business but also want to not overpay. I'm not talking about pinching pennies, but if it's between saving $150 on a $1000 gun, that's hard to ignore. What's reasonable, from your perspective?
