I have the newer Colt competition 1911 in 9. No problems. I can also be found at Master Class on occasion. I try to make Combat League on Wednesday as often as I can.

Throw a bunch of cheap drier sheets inside the unit.... mice hate them. If your lay down a silver tarp for a landing pad cover, the critters don't lije that either.

Rockland county here. Combined school, county, town and hamlet taxes come to over 20% of assed value. Even with Star.

Attended NRA Defensive pistol class 07/22. Al Benros the man in charge. Informative, attentive and educational. I would recommend his class(es) to anyone desiring to learn more about pistol handling and defense in general. Looking forward to the next one.

A LOT of money went into it, and it shows.

Very well vented & cooled. Place looks and smells new. Appears to have been gutted and made all over. I never visited before, do I have no idea of the previouse layout.

Checked out this new/revamped facility today. Very nice, well staffed, friendly, courteous people. Pistol range was 17 yards, like the steps down into the place...17 steps. Could be a problem to bad knees. Fast target send/retrieve system, looks a little delicate, vulnerable to bad shots. Fired...

Longest was 8 days over a holiday

I now have Judge Russo. 4 days turnaround for amendment. Good guy i hrar.

Took possession today, 7/3/17. Amendment signed the day I dropped it off. In the mailbox 6/30. Total of 4 days including postal. Not bad Rockland! Kudos to the clerks! I now have Judge Russo, Kelly retired. Word is he is a good guy. May be time for a letter again.

Time will tell, I may replace them, or not. I like to keep the oem pristinr if possible.

Currently living in Rockland County. Permit signed by Judge Kelly in 2012. Heard a rumor that he has retired. Question is, who replaced him and how are they as far as amendments and ( dare I say it?) Removing restrictions? Last time I tried Kelly said I didn't show enough need for self defense.

Don't know for sure. Leadership calls it the largest. Guess it depends on how you count. I've never seen more than 100 or so at a time. Counting life members etc. Somewhere between 1200 and 1500.

It does NOT meter well. I use it exclusively for 9mm, 45acp, 45lc. 4.0 for 9,4.4 for 45acp, 4.7 45lc. I weigh every charge. The new Lee autodrum is much better than the autodisk.
