Yes if your tomatoes are low acid or if you are concerned use critic acid or lemon juice to lower the ph. I have 10lbs of citric acid to use in canning and to clean my brass in my wet tumbler. :)

Why not buy winter tires and just change out each season? That way you have 2 sets that perform as they are designed to and you would not have to buy tires for another 4-5yrs. That and Mavis sucks I would not recommend dealing with them.

Try the Tattler lids. You can get them on Ebay and Amazon as well as other sources. They are reusable. We have been using them for probably 15 years. The only thing is store them put of light and where ;pests \cant get to them as pests can chew through the lids

Unloaded and locked in a hard case yes. Trigger lock is not required and you can fly with ammo in your bag or with the firearm in the hard case if packed properly. Oh and I recommend putting your name and cell # on the outside of the case, in case they need to contact you to open the case.

Yea they sure look like they're in backwards. Also the holes in the cardboard are not bullet holes. They are in a set pattern, 3-2-3-2-3 and it looks like the cardboard is not missing from a few of the holes.
