Novelty Guns, Inc - RapidFire Trigger Attachments - RapidFire Trigger Activators - RapidFire Trigger Systems - RapidFire Triggers This guy is flirting with a chance to meet Bubba.
I may be wrong, but I read somewhere that the slide fire system caused a lot of ruckus at ATF when it first appeared. Every one scrambled to re-check and re-confirm their definitions. Simulating a machine gun is about the same as being a machine gun, if you ignore the definition, which is convenient to do if you are trying to push a point of fact. The ATF rulings are hanging by a thin thread of defintions. They could break at any time.As of now the bumpfire and dual action trigger systems seem to be on the right side of ATF's view of what constitutes a machinegun under Federal law.
Under NY law you are taking a pretty big chance with this: for one, NY courts are not bound by ATF's interpretation of what is a machinegun for purposes of the Penal Law; and two, the Penal Law has a very pesky phrase that makes it illegal to possess a "weapon simulating a machine-gun and which is adaptable for such use". What that last phrase means I have no idea.
i still dont understand how the bumpfire stock is legal under this administration.
FUll auto has been proven to waste ammo quickly unless you are trained to use it.

how do we know it's not an ATF sting? The website quality looks appropriate. The way it's constructed reminds me of some of the ads that appeared in the 1960's

If full autos were legal, why would anyone need one?
I knew I was in for it when I posed that question. I asked myself "If full auto were legal, would I get one?" I answered to myself "Self, I cannot really see any reason for the expense, other than to shoot many holes into some target, rapidly and somewhat inaccurately. Why not skip this one and invest in Silver bars instead?"same answer to a similar question......what part of acquiring guns has anything to do with need?
i do not "need" most anything i have except maybe food, water, shelter, and clothing.....
Faster shooting cannot compete with better marksman.
I couldnt afford to shoot full auto anyway. The atf is another org that should be disbanded.

My living is made by harvesting livestock to make food. We have tried several methods of dispatch but for the most humane way to kill a hog, cow or goat is a 22 rifle, a 45LC rifle or a 357 rifle.same answer to a similar question......what part of acquiring guns has anything to do with need?

Right? Went through two boxes of 9mm in about five minutes the other day. I was having a blast, but remembered after the first box that I just quit my job. On the good side, I might finally have time to start reloading.
