For the p365 haters - Glock 43X

Got out to shoot my new P30 SK tonight. Great gun, super accurate, and the trigger is exactly what i hoped it would be like. That being said, it's a bit snappy. Pulled out the G43 just to compare, and man that thing just shoots so light. Not snappy, and flat as could be. Incredible for such a small gun. Notably smaller than the H&K. I'd really like to see how the 365 shoots for me. If it's anything like the 43 i could see why people like it so much.

I wonder if the P30sk is over sprung. I know in the original VP9's HK was having issues due to trying to save some money by using the same recoil spring for both the VP9 and VP40. Not sure if they are doing the same thing with the P30 (which is older and more refined) most likely using an 18lb spring but dropping down to a 15lb may reduce some of the felt recoil

It may also have to do with glocks duel recoil springs.

Granted I only got to shoot a 43 once and I was not to impressed with how it felt, but I only ever shoot a G17/19 or CZ P07 so nothing to compare it to

^ It may be. It has a unique spring and underlug configuration so the spring is likely specific for the P30. That being said, my VP9 is snappier than id like it to be, so that's probably just how they shoot.

I've rented a couple G19's and they didn't feel nearly a flat as the 43 to me. The 19x on the other hand felt closer to the 43 when firing. Very little muzzle rise. I think biomechanics plays a much bigger role in how a gun feels than we typically account for.

No it's a proprietary slide they just designed that is for the 43

If an this if true, what's the point other than selling Glock Fanboys more guns?

Better ballistics. This will essentially be a 10 round single stack G19

Thousands? Do you actually know the price of things?

Not to mention they haven't even released a price yet.

Not to mention
G43 $450+/-
M&P shield $350+/-
P365 $530+/-

So say the glock you want to add trigger (this would also be my decision for the shield as well) looking at $75- $130 (depending on what you want)
New sights for the glock $50-120 (same with the shield again preference)

So topped out at.... $250. And my math isnt that great but I do believe that 250 is just shy of thousands

Well since pistols are already compromised ballistics to begin with, yes it does make a difference.

You are talking about a difference of about 20 fps between the subcompact Glock compared to the Glock 19.

It's true though, on a number of posts stating how cant wait for it to have a better track record and I would consider buying one if I had a need for a baby gun.

Hell even before this was released there was a whole thread and i would put money down on I was probably more excited about the P365 announcement than most other people
