Looks like the timing issue isn't fixed and the striker is still hitting the rim because the barrel is tilting up before the case is extracted. A harder striker works as a bandaid but when running the gun hard, it's only a matter of time before it gives as well as evidenced in the video.

I suspect that people on here running a few hundred rounds a session aren't pushing the gun hard enough for the striker to fail.

I don't know. But that guy in your video did about 1500 in 2 days. All the other students put in the same number of rounds with other guns and their pins didn't break.

What happens when you run your gun hard continuosly to a high round count vs just doing a little everyday to the same round count? Does your barrel and chamber heat up when you do it continuosly? What happens to metal after it's heated?

I've only taken my 365 to the range twice so far because of family commitments. Round count remains at about 400+/-. Both times I shot about 200 through it in less than an hour. Both times the gun got too hot to hold by the slide. I've taken classes that took most of the day to reach 200 rounds. Running a gun "hard" is purely subjective.

You guys are making excuses for it. It's sad. There is no reason why the primer should drag onto the rim of the cartridge repeatedly. All guns have some primer drag but not to the point where it bangs up against the case. They just slightly drag on the soft primer. That's normal.

Fix the damned timing issue so that it doesn't happen instead of trying to beef up the striker to be able to take that punishment that it shouldn't be getting to begin with.

I think those 2 things are one in the same as far as when the gun breaks. But surely you would agree that shooting x amount of rounds in a short amount of time is different than shooting x amount of rounds over a longer period of time?

Because actual sig owners from other sites posted their brass showing the extreme striker drag.

And yet nothing, hell didnt someone just post that they just got done shooting their 365 in the last 48hrs or so? Why haven't we seen the brass
