The 9mm is pretty impressive out of a carbine. I'm surprised how little the 40s&w and the 357sig picked up in a longer barrel.

I recall recording a 10-15% increase in speed with 9mm rounds out of a 16" barrel compared to a 5" pistol barrel.

Many pcc's feel cheap and have plastic all over. This does not. It's sort of an ar platform.

This is a standard AR PCC. It's no different than a 5.56mm AR except for a heavier bolt and a smaller magwell. All other parts are standard.

my 115 rounds come out of my mpx at 1500fps. it has a 12 inch barrel with pinned 4 inch FH. i bet with some creative loading i could get even more.

I was thinking the police would just keep their normal sidearms and the P90 as the trunk gun. But yeah the 5.7 has so much velocity that it can stop too early. Can be a good thing in the urban setting. If you wanted to have a perfect pair maybe out of the pistol they could use the slower rounds and out of the rifle AP or specialty rounds. It would come down to the ammo choices.

i shot a deer at 25 yards with a factory 40gr blue tip out of a PS90. double lung shot. took 5 steeps. as i was cleaning that deer a buck walked up. i shot it at 18 yards with 45acp outta a 5 inch 1911. double lung. took 5 steps.

same size hole in both animals.
