B1s b2s and b52s share a continual TDY rotation to Guam. Right now it's the B1s
B1s have already been on deployed on Guam tecently. Unless more just showed up which is possible and would be interesting.
Technically....right now... B1s are not nuclear capable by the START treaty. They would need modifications to resume nuclear delivery capability. B2s and B52s are nuclear capable.

I think he's bat shot crazy.
You don't execute your brother with VX nerve gas, generals with anti aircraft guns and others with artillery of you are sane. Calling him a loose cannon is an understatement.
Letting NK get nukes, delivery systems and ICBMs will be the greatest folly our generation will leave our children. NK is crazy. They will also sell/share All their technology with Iran or any other terrorists who will pay.
They will hold the world hostage the next 200 years to get what they want under the constant threat of a madman pushing a button.
For too long our loser politicians (going all the way back to clinton to now) have ignored, enabled North Korea and kicked the can farther down the road for someone else to deal with.
Unfortunately it's now or never. If they aren't imminently stopped we won't be able to stop them without risking a global nuclear war. Its now or never.
Against all odds and feeding their citizens grass they managed to potentially build 60 warheads with the likely capability to miniturize them and mount them on missiles that they can now reliably hit over 50% of America with.
It sucks.
Its time to take our medicine now with a bad taste to stop the infection from getting much worse later..

Yeah but during an attack you need money. Well, preppers don't. But 99.999% of Americans can't even prep to make it through the weekend. Market freezes; nobody can buy and sell; USA is in deep Kimshe. I figure I have enough food for a year; but in year two I would have to be all about finding a lot of seeds and hoping nobody kills all of the deer on top of my mountain.

I'm pretty sure Kenya could take out the Chinese navy by throwing grubs and spears at it. Honestly, China and Russia don't want any of this. Even if they had an army of 20 million people; it doesn't mean dick to bring them to the shores of USA ten thousand at a time. We'd grind them down into dog food. And their few hundred nukes are a joke compared to our 7K of them. Don't get me wrong - they'd be pissed as fuck; but I think they know realistically they cannot fight us in USA or North Korea.

One thing #NotMyCheeto promised was that he would let the Generals and Admirals in the Pentagon do their job. Now we will see if the rubber meets the road. I don't see how #NotMyCheeto can postpone this until 2020 and pass it off to the next poor schmuck. Besides, if he doesn't croak from being old as fuck it will probably be him again in 2020. Then he'd have to ponder stalling a decision until 2024. And no fucking way North Korea still exists by 2024.

Shit's about to get real. I just wonder who ends up backing the 2 sides. I'm thinking France, UK, and Australia have our back, etc. Russia doesn't like China enough to pick a side. So it ends up being NK and China vs all of NATO, Israel, Japan, and a few smaller countries like Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

Whatever happens if we let NK continue on until it has a mature nuclear arsenal, all the while it is running slave camps, threatening the world, constantly giving us the middle finger...we will look as threatening as a bag of old tits. NK is teaching the world that the US has no real appetite for conflict despite a great show we put on with our military parades, via lots of carrier fleets. We're okay sending planes and bombs into areas that have 0% chance of hurting us in any way short of slow attrition of troops on the ground. And, all the while, we can pull those troops out at any time once we realize we've had enough.
When it gets dicier, we pull back.
So at this point China must be laughing about its islands. If we can't even find our balls to stop NK from getting nukes, we won't do shit about China's new island territories it is creating. And don't count on Russia respecting ownership rights in the arctic circle, etc.
This is one of the problems ruling by a huge committee (and the US is--trump needs buy-in from tons of people to do anything). Everybody is interested in CYA and it's ultimately better to do that by not supporting any change to the status quo.
I'm 100% positive NK will not preemptively attack Guam. They just release that stuff to troll, and it works. I also think NK is happy at the $1B sanctions recently. It can now talk about that, complain to the UN, etc. It's just the equivalent of a flashy light to distract everyone with while they keep maturing what they have.
Personally, I am quite confident that NK will continue its nuclear program and the US is not going to stop it because the only way to do so is with lots of explosions and the US lacks the appetite for it. Trump is the wild card. He might break from tradition of bending over and exposing the hole to NK, but six months into his term he's done nothing other than that as far as the "greatest threat" to the US is concerned. Lots of stern words on twitter and in interviews. The same worthless crap US presidents have been saying for decades. NK just laughs.
I still do not think NK is crazy. I think they are ballsy as hell and calculating. I have thought this for years. My break from that was after Trump sent a carrier fleet near them a few months ago and they continued another missile test. But, I was wrong; they were right: Trump did nothing. So they know Trump better than I. Exploding people with artillery is not crazy, it is evil. NK is evil and the regime should be extinguished, but they are not crazy. They have existed as a pariah for decades and their "we are crazy!" has been released in just the right amounts so much of the world thinks they are crazy. How crazy are they that they live as they do and now, as it is put they feed their people grass, they have still developed nukes. And they still run an awful dictatorship, meanwhile they've spent decades getting the US to cower away while we're still even technically at war with them. I see nothing crazy about that, just strategic competence in the face of an extremely indecisive and seemingly impotent foe.
Silver lining in the above is I don't believe they will ever preemptively attack the US with nukes. But as is put above, they may spend the next 200 years acting like an asshole.

Kim Jong Un needs to be put down like the rabid dog he is. Not suggesting a nuclear response but we've got to play the hands that are dealt. It's been a long time coming. Take out nuclear capabilities and GTFO. Leave the mess for China, Japan and SK to sort out. JMOYMV.

Back in the 2000s the B2s from Whiteman MO did some really cool things. They took off from Missouri, made a bunch of in flight refuelings, bombed terrorists, turned around, made a bunch of in flight refuelings and then landed like 40 hours later back in missouri or at a forward location.

The B2 pilots even did some interesting sleep study research on these crazy long missions to try and change their circadian rhythms to perform the missions.
"If" there are currently B2s deployed to Diego garcia, that WONT be in the news and it won't be discussed. It is a great place to stage B2s in theater away from curious eyes because it's so damn remote and guarded.
