I have seen the one that shows the first few shots. Is there one that shows where the guard engages him ?

As for the officer and his shooting, he shot exactly the way he was trained to shoot. He shot the same way that most departments teach as well as the Military.
Center mass. He could not know the level of armor this asshole was wearing. He got off rounds and was killed. Open or concealed carry would have made no difference in the position that he was employed as.
Now, an everyday White guy would have had a good opportunity to drop him, especially if concealed carrying.

Curious, I haven't watched, the guard take any form of cover, or did he run right out undergunned?
I am only going to speak in general terms in relation to this case and incident.
In time, all facts will come out.

I am not faulting his training or tactics, since I haven't seen the video. I am also not suggesting that TOPS should have employed an undercover guard.
My comment was solely about the massive advantage of surprise you get by not advertising that you are armed.
The guards job was 99% to discourage trouble by projecting the appearance of power, for that it makes sense for him to be highly visible and advertise that he is armed.
But for the 1% of his job where he actually needs to employ that power, it would have been very advantageous for him to be able to be discreet.

The video is 50% buffering/pixelated garbage for the bulk of the actual event. If the security guard/former cop was in blue/black shorts then IMO he brought a pistol to a rifle fight and failed to use any sort of cover or concealment, total Doc Holiday shit. Like I said, its a craptacular section of the video, one cannot tell what the hell is going on, literally a couple of shitty frames to make a judgement. Since it all happened in the front end of the store there is bound to be tons of security footage that we will never see.
The asshole actually skipped over white people and moved along.
It's very unfortunate that none of them were carrying and shot him in the back of the neck/head when he moved on.

This led to a referral for the troubled teen to a mental health evaluation.
The Gateway Pundit spoke with a former top police officer in New York state. We were told Gendron should have never been sold a firearm in the state.
Gendron was later able to purchase firearms in the state.

The shooter was clearly a disturbed man. Ever since Columbine we get one of these defects of humanity pop up. They exist and should be codemned and punished. What gets us the 2A community in knots is how the left wants to conflate these incidents with conservatives and take away our gun rights. Two mass shootigns this weekend happened in CA and NY which have the strictest gun laws in the country. No amount of gun laws will stop these events short of a total gun ban. In the same way no amount of gun laws will stop the street crime in our inner cities. I feel for the community of Buffalo who are reeling from this incident. We can’t imagine the horror of living through something like that. But I think we are all fed up with progressive politicians and gun grabbers blaming guns and republicans instead of blaming the individual. They exploit these events for their own political gain.

Folks . We have a system in place to prevent someone with mental issues from getting guns. . If a person says he has a desire to shoot up a school ... gets interviewed by our law enforcement agency ... Mind you this was no jay walking issue..For certain the State police has a trained staff .. even an entire department committed to looking into this issue . Everyone it seems gets put on lists ,, By our government... How did this person NOT make the list to FAIL a background check.
I throw this out to you folks.
Should a person be denied his 2nd because he has say a fantasy to commit mass murder. ?.. Would this not be the same as someone who wants to be a day care worker....During the interview for employment mention they have a sexual attraction for a child ? Thus being enough reason not to hire them.
Should someone in the state police system be held accountable for not seeing that this shooter cannot pass a NICS Check. .. Perhaps the blkame is at the NICS office for not entering this information into the system ...We will never know the answer.
We however feel the repercussions .. More laws against gun owners. I have said this before .. The person shooting the fireman in Webster .. Years ago... Pushed his grand mother down the cellar steps and beat her with a hammer over 60 times in the head .. Evil as they come .. right... And someone set him free .. Should have been doing life without parole ... They set him free to kill again... Cuomo used this shooting as a justification to implement the SAFE Act...
Folks one can have all the laws in the world ... Everything fails if common sense does not prevail...
Of course .. If one was in a mind to destroy the 2nd .. Allowing these folks to do their evil .. Na that would not happen ... would it ?

You either are a part of our society or not. Either you have all rights or you have none. No picking and choosing. If this person was not fit enough to own a firearm then he probably wasn't fit enough to be walking the streets.
