I agree the House Bill is better. I just worry it has less chance of passing. And the circumvention of state gun laws in regards to magazine limits seems to beg for litigation on the part of the ban states, and given the recent decisions of the circuit courts the outcome of such litigation would not be favourable.The House Bill also gives you reciprocity with the standard capacity magazine of the gun you are carrying and the ammunition in the gun itself. The Senate Bill provides no such protections.
But this is all just me worrying. Obviously I'm not opposed to the house bill.
