I wish that were true. Too many votes from NYCIf every gun owner in NY would get off their ass and vote we wouldn't even have the Safe Act.
VA is purple, nys is navy blue.
It wasn't on the application. The application was already submitted in September. As stated above, the request for social media accounts occurred during my phone interview from the sheriff's department this April.Where did you apply for a permit that requested your social media accounts?
Under the plan being thought-about, carrying a weapon in a prohibited space would quantity to a felony punishable by up to 4 years in jail.
3.6 million people voted for Cuomo in 2018 and we have over 4 million gun owners. Too many gun owners don't worry and don't care.I wish that were true. Too many votes from NYC
You might be right.3.6 million people voted for Cuomo in 2018 and we have over 4 million gun owners. Too many gun owners don't worry and don't care.
English was obviously not the author’s first language.Holy shit was this written by a 5 year old?
So it’s unconstitutional.Big problem with the “ opt in” sign feature of the law. It turns Manhattan into a no gun zone. You can’t take mass transit .You can’t park at a parking garage unless it has a pro gun sign. Unless you have street parking in Manhattan ( good luck) , Manhattan is a gun free zone . And if the wording in the law isn’t right, Uber or a cab isn’t an option
So...is that $. 07 on. 22?Brooklyn Sen. Andrew Gounardes and Albany Assemblywoman Pat Fahy have introduced a bill that would impose a new five-cent per-round tax on all ammunition .22 caliber or greater, with a two-cent per-round tax on .22 ammo and smaller
To say nothing of NYHe said all states that had licenses required training.. PA off the top of my head doesn't require any training at all.
It's a New York Gun law, I figured that part went without saying. So it’s unconstitutional.
So, all ammunition then ?You are correct, but there is discussion in Albany this week about needing to show a permit, either pistol permit or semi-auto rifle permit to purchase pistol caliber or semi-auto ammunition. They are assholes.
When will the enforcers just say "fuck this shit, I see nothing".Outstanding. Piss off everyone. No exemptions for their enforcers or those in their inner circle club.
LOL @ convicted felon means no guns. What you must? You must be a convicted felon and do prison time and never own a gun again it sounds like. Be careful!
But the consequences of being caught without it when you need it are much more severe.A very small one. The risk of being discovered is much larger than the chance you'll have to use a gun to save your life.
There are a few that should do that for voting. There are a few states that require this
Protests are just pep rallies. They make the protestors feel good, and there is some value in that, but it's not fighting anything any more than the pep rally is playing the homecoming game.Still just seeing the gun ppl getting rolled and taking it AGAIN.. No protest ? The Disco protest of ‘79 had a bigger turnout than the last gun protest s
Not sure they're allowed to do that anymore. It’s not stated in mine, but I was warned they are not acceptable and your application would very likely be rejected if you had a felon as a reference.
There were a lot more than a few hundred when I was there.yeah ,, Doesn't work with a few hundred ppl
