Yeah, the chamber of the barrel is nickel boron coated, now you got me worried about it. NP3 is totally different though. Its supposed to be the best treatment there is. In the end its a BCG, its done to milsepc, fully inspected. I got it cause I couldn't find any good chrome ones and this was on sale for a fairly reasonable price.
NYGF 007 is going to be built as a 224 Valkyrie.

@Bullet Guy, when I picked it up the FFL had installed the new rail incorrectly, left that little piece off what goes over the gas tube. I put it on myself, the rail goes onto the barrel nut easy enough. They didn't torque it right either.
It does seem like a nice rail like you said though, pretty simple, solid, fairly light.
The holes in it remind me of the barrel jackets on old smgs, like the Sterling. Gives off an 80s vibe that I really like.
