He is a fair judge that really does what he can to avoid making the crappy system we have worse..
He has generally always turned my amendments around in less than 3 weeks..

I call bullshit on it being on his desk.. I bet the office has it sitting in a pile somewhere.. Give it another 5 days or so.. Mine showed up 10 days after he signed it.. And a total of 20 days after I dropped it off

Got amendment today. 1 day shy of 4 weeks. Signed 11th. I was in there last week and they told me it was still on his desk. Who bullshitting, judges or clerks.

They both lie. The people in the clerk's office will lie to your face and tell a different story to the people ahead of and behind you on line. I've seen it happen myself.
The same judges who a year ago were telling everyone how strongly they support the 2nd amendment are now dragging their feet and screwing people in other counties because of a perceived slight by the sheriff and clerk.

Quick question. When mailing an amendment, do you mail to the Main st address, or the Parry building address? I always hand delivered in the past.

the amendment form says main street.. no information on the webpage
I would call them tomorrow and get the scoop before before i mailed it to the wrong location... especially with how long some are taking to come back

Did this happen to you? I have never sent a copy of the back of my permit and have never gotten it sent back. I hope it's not a new thing, I just sent one in a week ago, lol
I have a friend who dropped his off in person and the girl there told a couple of people in line she could not accept the amendment because of this and would not photocopy it for them. But I doesn't say it on the website so maybe it was just that girl who was misinformed.

Tomorrow will be the 4 week mark for the amendment I sent in.
I hope so! 2 amendments ago I actually had a typo on it and they sent it back within a week. I sent my last one over a week ago and haven't received anything back so I'm hoping for the best!
I dropped mine off 3 weeks ago and the girl told me I was the only person to have everything in order all day but don't know what she meant by that. A lot of people don't know the process I guess.

Just bought my first pistol. Had my Arex rex zero 1 compact FDE sent to thruway... it Got there in 2 days. Checked it out and filed paperwork at county clerks in person that day. Thats 1 week and counting today. Guy at county clerks was nice but seemed real depressed when I asked about wait time. He said 3-4 weeks+. Im prepared for a long wait.
Mine arrived in 4 weeks and 3 days... Time to send out the next one

Guy at the desk said three weeks give or take a couple days.
That's what I have heard all along and generally get them back in 10-16 days (including Saturday and Sundays)
