Let me throw this out there... While suffering from PTSD it is not uncommon for one to develop a sense of hostility for those in a position of authority. Development of a sense of failure is not uncommon. Not being promoted, not getting a job of ones liking or abilities. Playing the would have, should have, could have nightmares over and over. (Until the out come changes or the occurrence is accepted for what it is and it's results.) An ingrained thought process, where everyone is out to get them. Blaming others for their actions, be it an individual or a group.

Since we do try to be "law" obiding as possible and comply, the cops do the same to a degree.
I am not reffering to no knocks in the wee hours but the traffic stops that do happen on a regular basis.
