Spoke to Charlynn from Spyderco today by email. She said she would try to find a set of screws to substitute for the ones that are missing but that they generally do not stock replacement parts aside from clips and clip screws because disassembly voids the warranty. She also noted that they only stock the clips/clip screws for the knives made in Golden. If this doesn't work out, I may look into getting a set of after market titanium screws.

I will tell you though, I bought my dad a Delica 4 FFG for a promotion gift for his job last year, and this blue Delica 4 FFG (with pins that can't fall out) is on my short list:

Yeah, I think you are probably in better shape than I am in terms of the likelihood of receiving a replacement screw. As for the Delica, mine is probably one of my all time favorites of all the knives I own. I may pick up a second or third at some point.

Kershaw Shallot isn't heavy duty but is slim enough to carry and still has a longer blade. I also have a Kershaw Blur with the carbide tip glass breaker in the car, it's a more solid knife but twice as thick. I like how easy it is to flick open the Kershaws, even after visiting Benchmade last year in Oregon.

ESEE-3 milJust to Update, Syoderco came through again as expected. They must have lots of those T-8 scale screws for the PM2 on hand, because they sent me a bunch. Got them today. Back in business for a while.
My every day carry knife is a cheap folder I bought at the local gas station, for $9.99. I have had so many nice folders, Case Buck, Schrade and Puma, taken from my by the troopers at motorcycle checkpoints I refuse to "donate" quality knives to them anymore.

Cold steel voyager tanto xl is one of the legal knives I carry. I only like large knives. I've found no discomfort carrying folders that're 12"+ at all.
Absent any criminal activity involving the knife, what reasoning have they given for taking your property on multiple occasions? Outside of NYC this seems kind of odd. Not saying I doubt your story.

Its not that much is it? Just the holster, mag carrier and Leatherman on the belt. Everything elsebis in the pockets.
