15 seconds isn't bad. Spacebattles the pet forums of Kier Darby, the guy who developed XenForo had no search function for months because of server issues.
Practice. I've come to the realization that I need to spend more time shooting to get better. My .308 is about as good as it's going to get. At this point I'm what needs to improve. The larger mags for the tikka are nearly twice the cost of the AI mags. I've had the tikka for years but the mags...
I've already got a XLR chassis for my r700. I like it but I think I'd go for something different. I'll look into the Manners stock and CDI metal you mentioned before.
Your right, I'm better off keeping the Tikka and getting a AI mag compatible chassis for it at some point. It does have a very smooth action.
MDT makes a chassis for it do you know of any other companies?
Hasn't this argument kinda run its course, assuming we are all law-abiding citizens we have to abide by the magazine size limits. Most modern .45s hold at least 10 rounds, so at this point for residents of NY isn't the question would you rather have 10 rounds of 9mm or 10 rounds of .45?
Probably a cross breed of some sort. It's a growing problem out west with reintroduced wolves breeding with coyotes and peoples pets. End up with an animal that's larger than a coyote, and lives alone. There was a documentary on Netflix about them.
I didn't know that, thanks!
Meketrefe, I was hoping for out of the box functionality. The places that do the conversions to AR 15 mags want nearly as much as the rifle is worth. On the other hand MDT has a drop in AI chassis for the Tikka. I'm not sure if anyone else makes a chassis for the...
I have a Tikka t3 lite in .223. It's a nice rifle but I have a few issue with it that irritate me to no end.
1: Proprietary magazines that are stupidly expensive and hard to find.
2: The bolt is locked in place while the safety is on.
3: No iron sights.
So i'm trying to find a replacement. The...
I'm a 24 year old college drop out working a 45k a year job, I work four, ten hour days a week in a climate controlled shop. I've got full benefits, production cost discount on a catalog that has literally every part needed to build a race car. And I'm turning in my two week notice Monday. Why...
I don't like it, I've shot it out of 3 rifles and it didn't perform well. I bought it because it was the only .308 Walmart had, and Walmart was the third store I'd been too looking for .308 that day.
ADL’s Hate Symbol Database
I really don't know what to say at this point. Is it really that easy to make something a hate symbol? Just add a bigoted slogan and a hitler mustache in paint. Internet trolls the world over are going to die laughing.
I call this one the 1040EZ. REM 700 AAC SD 16.5" barrel, XLR industries evolution chassis, Primary arms 4x14-44 FFP, and a Precision Armament M4-72 compensator.
Picture was taken back in June right after I put the rifle together. Please excuse the shitty zqi ammo. My order was delayed and it's...
Scotch Brite and WD40 work great for cleaning metal. I had to polish the surface of three 32" long 8" diameter rolled aluminum tubes last week. Only after I was finished was I told the customer wanted them powder coated. :banghead:
Yea, 5.45 isent bad, I've got a friend in GA that's and AK nut that raves about it, but I'm really looking for one in 7.62x39 with a 16" barrel. I keep an eye on gunbroker and arms list, and hope that something comes up or someone here has one they want to part with. But NIB at a store in a city...
Yea that's what I was thinking. 650 + anywhere from 25 to 50 for shipping + transfer fee. For some reason most of the FFL's in Schoharie are strange when it comes to getting things shipped to them and even worse when it comes to semi autos.
I sent the top one a message. As for the bottom...
I'm looking for a sporter in 7.62x39, used is fine as long as it has normal wear and tear. Also if anyone knows of any guns stores that have one in stock.
