Is that MaryLou's cousin's brother, Lenny, with the wart in the middle of his forehaed?I heard a rumor from my second cousin's girlfriend's brother in law that a New Jersey trooper has a friend who is a CO in Westchester county who's brother is a NYSP janitor that saw a memo from an outside lawyer that said it's ok.
I hope that clears this up for everyone.
Yeah man.Hmm. That's a problem then.
But either way, like you said, none of it is in effect currently because the establishment of the database triggers the rest of the law.
Hmm, i dont bother ordering, i just lurk outside and look for ORMD stickers, then grab n go.I always have my ammo shipped to Dr. Evil's house and pickup the box off his doorstep before he sees it there.
Yes, I want to move to standard pressure 147gr too. I had been stocking 124+p for the PPQ and 124 standard for the Shield. +p out of the little S&W was a bit unruly. What I carry but 147 grain.
What I carry but 147 grain.
Or so you think. If I were you I would count the ammo. I have been secretly stealing a few rounds from each shipment for the last few years. Oh yeah, thanks.I always have my ammo shipped to Dr. Evil's house and pickup the box off his doorstep before he sees it there.
Wish I had family that I could have ammo shipped too as close as NJ. Best I could do is have 1000 rds shipped to 2nd home in VA. And shoot most of it in my back yard cause my neighbors don't give a F~Or ship to family in NJ that either travel to NY frequently or whom you visit often. No offense, but no one is benefiting from this law off of me.
I can't blame them (shippers), why go through all the legal hassle and BS. With this state. There are ~ 46 other states to do business with. NY is a lost cause.Fuck those gutless money grubbers that are too chicken to ship to us. Sunshine patriots, the lot of them!

Soooo....Nothing more from the O/P. Did we scare him off or was he just trolling? We are so easily trolled, lol.

Sounds like taking advantage and gouging to me.. but hey I'm just a FUAC law breaking deplorable degenerate what the hell do I knowThat'd be a pretty steep percentage on .22lr rounds.
what's that a Harry potter entranceI can not get it shipped to my door! And I don'the know why? View attachment 8478
I too thought this thought. He's busy scratching his ass at HQ. Building, 22, 1220 Washington Ave., Albany, NY 12226-2252

I wouldn't bother. You'd lose about 100 fps in velocity. That extra fps could make the difference in whether the round would penetrate a harder barrier like steel or aluminum.Anybody here like 9mm HSTs? I've been toying with converting my 124gr stock to 147gr. I'd sell em at cost.

Heavy rounds only benefit in the penetration of soft tissue. That's all well and great for a FMJ but these are hollow points that are designed to parachute to limit penetration in soft tissue.
In fact, they penetrate less than the standard 124gr as seen in the videos below. Don't get caught up in the heavier is better mentality.
Speed penetrates steel, tin, and aluminum while weight penetrates tissue and wood.
Remember the frying pan videos. All calibers with muzzle velocities below 1000 fps failed to penetrate the thin pan.
You would be limiting your penetration on what you will more than likely encounter out there being used as a barrier.
So you'd rather sacrifice both penetration in soft tissue and perhaps penetration in a harder barrier for less than a millimeter in expansion? Some validity of course to your research..but the "home defense" or "carry" 147gr's will more then likely (if ever) be shot from a home invasion not a SWAT team outfitted drug lord. The home invasion gun near my bed is my EDC and is 147gr, chances are gonna be thin cotton black shirt or jacket will be all it needs, and less FPS more mushrooming means safer family members in adjacent rooms..JMO(i made up a letter thinghy..(just my opinion but I probably really didn't lol
Well, the law only pertains to COMMERCIAL sellers of ammo, and again, only once the database is up and running..What if reload a few boxes of 12ga and then go to the post office and mail them to myself .. LOL ..
Interstate commerce is absolutely being interfered with, even if judge skretny (progressive activist in a black robe) said it wasnt. As a Massachusetts Resident, we largely share the same Tyranny.
However, despite the fact many will not ship ammunition to Massachusetts, IT IS 100% LEGAL to do so.
Thankfully. As a C&R Collector, many calibers I require are simply not stocked by any local Dealer.
Our past AG, Martha Coakley, threatened many well-known OOS Dealers, and they stopped shipping.
HOW IS THERE NOT A FEDERAL LAW AGAINST STATE OFFICIALS THREATENING INTERSTATE COMMERCE WHEN NO STATE LAW EXISTS AGAINST IT ?
Mass Law also makes it a crime for Legal Gun Owners who are not FFL's to sell each other ammo.
And no Mass FFL can sell Ammo to an OOS Visitor.
DRAIN THE SWAMP
