I am amazed at the amount of bills written by people who have very little to no firearms knowledge. A lot of these bills have zero chance of success because they simply are un-enforcable. Imagine the damage someone with our knowledge and a hatred for the 2nd amendment could do.

If you are a PA resident and buy a handgun in NY it gets shipped to a PA FFL and they do the transfer. NY isn't really involved.
