When you do you think you coud snap a pic of it in hand?Just got my extended trigger guard from @Bullet Guy and I'm looking forward to installing it and seeing how it feels.
I probably won't have a chance to install it till the weekend. Did you just want a picture of the trigger guard or of when it's installed? When you do you think you coud snap a pic of it in hand?
I just wanna see a pic of you holding it after installation, just curious to see how well it works in the hand.I probably won't have a chance to install it till the weekend. Did you just want a picture of the trigger guard or of when it's installed?
Gotcha, no problem. I'll aim to get it installed this weekend and I'll snap a few pics so you can see how it is. Just, don't you free state boys and girls be laughing at those of us behind the iron curtain.I just wanna see a pic of you holding it after installation, just curious to see how well it works in the hand.
I'm not laughing. I think this product is an excellent solution to NY comlpliance woes so I'm very curious. I may tease but I never laugh at my NY brothers and sisters. I educate every shooter I can about y'alls plight. The vast majority of people do not really know what unSAFE act or the Sullivan act entail.Gotcha, no problem. Many do. They haven't felt the sting of legislation like the unSAFE Act, think it won't happen to them.I know you aren't laughing, I'm just razzing you, lol.
So it feels stable? Does it give a stable grip from which to operate the controls as normal?Early returns... basically gives you the same purchase on the weapon as a pistol grip, but it's not a pistol grip. It's a Spur grip with an extended trigger guard with finger rests.

Yes, completely. The only criticism I have at this point is that the flares of the Spur tend to dig into your palm some. I suppose one could use a heat gun to bend them down a little or one could dremel them down to make it more comfortable. We'll see how it goes when it comes to actually operating the weapon at the range. So it feels stable? Does it give a stable grip from which to operate the controls as normal?
You are right. How could I be so stupid? For the record, I am not a gunsmith and am not qualified to comment on how ineffective and cumbersome this set up is. I can't speak to the rainbow colored pot brownies, but this guard does resemble a unicorn. We should proly update the info to the extended trigger guard being, uncomfortable, unstable, impratical and it also transforms the outgoing bullets into rainbow colored pot brownies that provide sound legal assistance to illegal aliens.
Yeah, you might be cool, but you aren't 7 flashlights cool. This is the light+mount I went with:

I almost went with their septimount option:

but I decided against it, mainly due to the astronomical cost.
If that weren't $1600 worth of equipment it would be funny to show up at the range or a class with that.Yeah, you might be cool, but you aren't 7 flashlights cool.
